Unfortunately, we were there during a heatwave. No A/C. The room was 90 degrees. Luckily, we left a day early and avoided the flood. Otherwise, it is a nice property.

Home is exactly as advertised! Very comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms laid out really well. The kitchen, dining and living rooms face the ocean and the house is on the sand, completely unobstructed view!! Beautiful!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location truly cannot be beat — you are right on the beach, and waking up to the ocean views every morning was incredible. The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded, and we especially loved gathering together in the living and dining areas while still being able to look out at the ocean.Being able to walk out the door and have the sand and water just steps away made the entire experience so special. The beach chairs and boogie boards were also a great touch and made enjoying the beach even easier.The home was clean, well equipped, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing Newport Beach getaway. The location also made it easy to walk around, explore, grab food, and enjoy everything the area has to offer.Most importantly, we made some amazing memories here with family and friends, which is what made this stay so special. We had a large group, and this home gave us the perfect place to spend quality time together.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true beachfront experience in Newport Beach. Beautiful views, an unbeatable location, and memories we’ll cherish for a long time!

Great location on the boardwalk, cute house, but needs updating. The master bedroom furniture is old and rickety and the mattress needs to be replaced, it squeaks when you sit on it. Not very comfortable.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The location is perfect with volleyball nets within steps of the home. A very short walk to the ocean, Balboa Fun Zone, restaurants and more. The home was very clean with extra blankets in each bedroom. Had everything I needed to cook and the Keurig in the kitchen was a huge plus. Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom were nice after a long day. The rental company was great to work with and they even brought us beach chairs and boogie boards! The only negative I can think of is the master bed is very loud and squeaky. Probably time for a new bed frame. Would definitely stay again!!!

Very unpleasant experience

Property description doesn’t said that they are showing two different properties, it shows pictures from first & second floor together ( we found that out once we arrive to the property) & we see that it was a big stairs, that the property assigned to us was on the second floor & the balcony was a 2x2 size, the whole property smell like moisture and ceiling had water damage. Cobwebs were all over the living room & rooms ceiling & also the Curtains on the master room were all broken giving the room cero privacy. We didn’t stay at the property, we left right away & I contacted the host ( a property company) & let them know what happened. Hopefully they will help me with the refund as they said they will.

I loved where the property was and I did like the rooms. My issue was there was a TV in the front room would not stay connected at all. The dishwasher was broken. The dryer ate three items of clothing. I noticed there was a little bit of blood on the sheets when we first got there in the master bedroom. I let two different people know about this issue, but for the money, everything should’ve been perfect.
