Everything was great. Gorgeous condo, great location, wonderful customer service through Retreatia. I would've given 5-stars had there been 1) Elevator access 2) Fireplace3) Parking (closer than 2-3 blocks away)

Beautiful place on the river

An amazing setting - the terrace overlooks the river. The place is nicely appointed and very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and quickly brought over a new hair dryer when the one there went missing. Parking was a bit of a hassle since it was close to a holiday weekend, but it worked out fine. I would definitely stay there again.

Quaint Riverside Loft

This 3rd story loft is the perfect spot for a downtown Steamboat couples retreat or a business trip for one. Immaculate and quiet, it has everything you need and nothing you dont. Full kitchen, fantastic bed and bath, and a great balcony with hot tub overlooking the town.

Romantic getaway

Booked this place for my 40th anniversary. It is a special place right on the river, close to downtown. The views are awesome from the large private deck and hot tub. This has to be the most special places to stay in Steamboat!

AMAZING location

Loved our stay. The ability to walk directly to town was a highlight. We also loved the access to fun hiking trails. The retreatia team was amazing and so kind. GREAT sleep in a wonderful bed and we loved the fully loaded kitchen.

Great unit in a great location

This place is top notch, down to every detail. "Luxury" is accurate. With the view and being right on the river, we got to enjoy the beautiful area even when inside. Note: You will need to leave the windows open during summer since there's no AC (not uncommon for the area)

Steamboat Retreat

While the apartment was great and in perfect location, close to shops, galleries, etc., the VRBO description implied a parking spot at the property. In reality, the parking space was two blocks away. Also, the main door to the property was frequently left unlocked, either by the other tenant or the cleaning personnel. The door should be self locking to provide the security.

Amazing Getaway

My family was in Steamboat Springs for a family gathering at another large house and my husband and I decided that we wanted a couple extra days in town just the two of us. We booked the 3rd floor of the Boathouse and could not be more happy with our decision. We had previously stayed on the 2nd floor with our kids, but since it was the 2 of us, we only needed the 1 bedroom. The 3rd floor is an amazing luxury space for a getaway. Every detail has been thought of so you can truly relax and unwind. The views from the outdoor space with a private hot tub are phenomenal and once again, we loved staying downtown to be within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back to the Boathouse soon.

Luxury retreat in the heart of Steamboat

We couldn't have made a better choice than booking this spectacular property for our group. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The location is simply perfect – a quiet spacious retreat just steps away from some of the best activities and dining options in Steamboat. We rented both units and we were pleasantly surprised that it was a private retreat – essentially an entire private luxury residence for our stay! 1. They had shuttle services that took us skiing and anywhere we needed, everything was walking distance, so we never needed to drive for our dining or shopping. The convenience of having incredible dining options on the same street couldn’t have made it easier. 2. The attention to detail and high-end finishes on each level gave it the feel of a 5-star hotel. I couldn’t believe how nice the amenities were. The waterfall shower head felt amazing and the private hot tub on each floor was a phenomenal way to unwind after a day of skiing. 3. The thoughtful design of the kitchen, dining, and living areas, with amazing bi-fold doors leading to the deck, as well as the robes perfectly folded on the bed waiting for us! They also had brand new TV’s in every room and speakers with streaming services/an account dedicated to the property signed in for guests (that was such a nice touch) 4. From each window you can see panoramic views of Steamboat ski resort and the Yampa River. We aren’t from the area, so it was truly breathtaking views inside the units.
