No car? No place to relax with Fido? No problem - check out our cozy beach home just one-block from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. You'll find something fun for the entire family.

This charming, vintage 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, you'll be within a block of local shopping and mouth-watering restaurants. But, the highlight? You're just steps from the beach! Yes, that means spontaneous sunset walks, morning swims, and endless sandcastle building can become some of the best parts of your beach life.

And for the third time....this cozy beach house is pet-friendly too! We welcome up to 2 of your furry friends (up to 45 lbs each), and we've even installed a dog run for their enjoyment. It's a fun space for your pet to frolic while you enjoy a long, lazy, beach breezy day, and their entire stay is just $200.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished home with everything you need to settle in. The galley kitchen includes a small dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, and comes fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. An over/under washer and dryer stands ready for your laundry needs.

The beach house comes complete with comfortable bedding and fresh towels, ensuring you have all the comforts of home. Parking is no issue either - with room for 3-4 cars in the driveway and public parking at the corner.

This was the perfect spot for a family with a dog. The owners were GREAT and even dropped off some NYE party favors that the kids loved! I would definitely recommend.

Great location

Great location walking distance to almost anywhere. Perfect for our family of adults and teenagers. Dog friendly was a huge bonus. Will definitely book again.

Get away from the hustle and busle

We had a wonderful stay and completely enjoyed ourselves. We can’t say enough about the owners and the helpful tips and information they provided for us. From driving tips to dog beach location and restaurant's to visit. We will be booking here again in the near future and also again next year.

Wonderful stay

The house was an awesome location. We had a wonderful stay. The doggie run was very convenient. It was the first time we had tried to take our pets. It was perfect. They enjoyed being out on the deck, We would recommend this to anyone.

Summer Vacay

Property was exactly as pictures showed. It is an older property, but it’s well kept. The living space is not huge, but both bedrooms are spacious. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. It has like a 4 inch foam mattress topper on it. And I loved all the available drawer space. One of the things I look for when searching for a rental is if there are dressers in the bedrooms. I seriously hate living out of a suitcase on vacation, but that wasn’t the case with this property. We were really excited about the dog run off the back steps, but after getting stickers in his paws the first few times he went down, our Yorkie wouldn’t even go down the steps. We found some really nice grass right by the stop sign a super short walk away. The house is in a great location. It takes maybe a 5 minute walk to reach the sand. The street/light you cross at takes you right to the public access. The only suggestions I might offer - need some blinds in the smaller window of the master bedroom, maybe put a deadbolt on the outside door that leads to the 2nd bedroom (was a little worried about only having a door knob lock with my kids sleeping in the room), and although the hose was nice to wash off the sand, a private outdoor area to rinse off would be nice. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

We are from Texas and Alabama. We got married and landed in the Mobile area, but couldn't resist getting a place at the beach. We love the beach energy and want to share it with visitors from far and wide. Alabama's pristine beaches are well worth the trip. Don't miss them! And did I mention that we love dogs? Yes, we do but our home can only accommodate the smaller breeds. So feel free to bring your best buddy on paws under 20ish pounds.

We chose this community because it's so centrally located - one block from the beach and from there, walk a block east to The Hangout. It's 1.5 blocks from Sunliner Diner and more eats and treats. From the front balcony you have a clear view of a part of the beach, and the neighbors are also very committed to ensuring their guests have the time of their lives - without ruining yours! :-)

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Most places are not dog-friendly here - and even fewer have an actual DOG RUN! Your furry baby can run out the front door and down the back stairs into the dog run area whenever needed. Talk about INDEPENDENCE! The pups said that they've never felt so grown up! :-)
*Careful as sometimes there are stickers in the yard. Try as we might to kill them, it's par for the course in this area!
