From its location in the much sought after Crystal Beach area to its amenities and close proximity to the beach. All your worries will be left at the doorstep.

Coastal colored walls greet you upon entry as if to say "relax, you are on vacation"! A fully accessorized kitchen, a balcony overlooking the well manicured grounds and two serenely decorated bedrooms will make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Imagine a grill out with the family after a great day at the beach, an evening swim in the pool and then cocktails on the balcony or simply unwinding in your own Jacuzzi bathtub or Caribbean Dunes' community spa.

Visitors just love staying at Caribbean Dunes because of its great location. Immediately next door is the very popular Camille's Restaurant and an adjoining coffee shop. Right across the street is a gazebo and the boardwalk to the beach. Also, the Destin Commons outdoor mall, grocery stores and other great shopping destinations are all less than a mile away. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
