It comfortably sleeping 8….. and it is located right on the beach! It has been recently remodeled in an understated coastal chic style……that welcomes without overwhelming its guests. There are three roomy bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining area for everyone to gather. Best of all, it sits right on the sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico and includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella (seasonally provided). And that’s just one of this homes’ perks! It also features a recently remodeled outdoor community pool…..or just relax and share a meal on the large balcony. Crystal Villas is located in the highly desirable area of Crystal Beach and just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf courses and attractions. Plus your rental comes with the exclusive Newman Dailey virtual gift card. You can’t go wrong with this highly desirable beach property! We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

I booked this property last minute and I must say I'm surprised it was available. The location on the beach was 10/10. My kids loved the property pool. The property was very clean and welcoming! My only suggestion to the owners would be to update the bathrooms but other than that, awesome! We will definitely be back!

Great view, great kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. We enjoyed our stay. We had some very noisy neighbors, other than that if was great.

Location was great! We were able to see Dolphins swim by from the deck. Condo layout was good for our group. Would stay here again.

Good Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay! The property was a good size for our family — comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals so easy. The location couldn’t have been better, and the beach chair service was an absolute bonus. We loved spending time on the deck, soaking in the beautiful view of the beach!

Nice condo on the beach

Everything with this condo was exactly as pictured on the listing. The views were great. The condo was clean and equipped. There is a musty smell right when you walk in but seemed to dissipate the further you walk into condo. Overall a very nice stay.

We love Crystal Villas

My wife and I took 6 grandchildren. Ages 6,8,11,13,13,19. We all loved the unit. Great location.

Great trip!

Myself, my husband, parents, 3 year old and 18 month old stayed here for 4 nights. We had a great stay! The room with twin beds is very very small and doesn’t get the best circulation, but it worked out fine for us. We got 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which was great! Pool was also nice when the kids needed a break from the pool. Overall it was great! The condo also had 2 baby gates which were great to put by the stairs going up to the loft.

Grands Spring Break

Very nice condo right on the beach! Plenty of room! Close to restaurants & shopping! The only downfall was the temp did not cooperate until the day we left for home! It was cold, but that didn’t stop the kiddos from playing in the sand & water! Would stay again!

Beautiful condo right on beach

This condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The bed in master was so very comfortable you sink right into it. The private upstairs loft has a bedroom and another room with two twin beds. Very enjoyable stay at Destin with the beach right there. Good access to restaurants, grocery, shopping and everything you need. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wanted to Stay Much Longer

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and it could not have been more perfect. Space, quiet, the balcony, the beach, perfect weather...we just wanted to stay forever. What a fabulous home for the week and Charlie is wonderful! We want to go back, and Crystal Villas in Destin is our new favorite vacation rental home.
