BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Spring break fun!!
We had a great week and overall everything was as expected! Clean property right on the beach with a very nice pool! The keypad entry was a bit difficult to get the hang of but otherwise a great and spacious condo! We’ll be back

Ladies, beach trip
We had a fantastic time. Love the location of the condo. We were in building number two. Very clean and easy to get to. Access to the beach was awesome for a group of ladies in our late 60s. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Pool area was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope my group will be able to go back again.

Ok
Older complex in need of updates. Not able to use given code for entry. Management gave us a code to use that probably opened many units. Two table knives for a three bedroom unit. Dirty rusty bakeware….chipped paint on walls, two hangers in the whole, place patio furniture needing to be replaced. A lot of cosmetic maintenance long overdue.
Beds were comfortable, elevator was quick with no problems and the view was what it is all about. Would be nice to have gas grills instead of charcoal. Management company could use some professionalism.

Just OK
More cons than pros, unfortunately.
Pros:
• on the beach / short walk to the beach
• balcony
• 3 bathrooms
•pools were OK
Cons:
•the smell of mildew hits you right when you walk in the building
•condo itself smells mildewy
•dirt & grime on furniture, walls, and carpet was stained
• holes in the walls and ceiling, very poorly patched ceiling in master bathroom - looks terrible.
• bunk bed seems very flimsy and the trundle front was falling off when we arrived.
•was given the wrong entry code before arrival - and the door knob is upside down
We called and complained about the cleanliness and beachball apologized and said someone would come reclean everything. Got back from an hour trip to the beach at 8 pm and someone was in there mopping the floors - that's it. Nothing else was recleaned that we noticed. We ended up just buying our own cleaning supplies Beachball Properties just apologizes and that's it…
Definitely wouldn't stay here again or recommed, but our family made the most of our vacation anyway.
