Surf Side Shores #2302 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. King, Queen, sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended-season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Great stay!

We really liked this property. We had a great view of the Gulf and of the pool. The actual condo looked better in person vs. the pics online. We were able to walk or a short Uber to places we wanted to go. The communication and check in process was easy and we were able to access the condo a little bit earlier which was nice.

I loved the size of the entire condo condominium was not too big and felt quaint. Our room itself was very spacious.Had ample amount of places for girls to get ready. The elevator and the building was good which says a lot because usually beach condo elevators are very unpleasant.

Best little condo ever

My family enjoyed our October visit in this condo. The bedrooms are so roomy, beautiful, and great beds. 3rd floor view is wonderful. Elevators in facility always working and very fast. We will be back!

Great beach front location

Very nice beach access with boardwalk. Condo was comfortable with a nice beach front balcony. Some things could use upgrades but fully functional. Was a bit of a hassle to go pick up keys at the rental office. Company texted just before checkin time but I was driving and per AL state law no texting. They then called saying I hadnā€™t replied to text message. Need a better system.

Shower in main bedroom was clogged and backing up pretty bad when we got there, but it was promptly fixed by maintenance. Broken tile outside on balcony that I think was covered by a door mat. Could use some small bits of TLC, but if youā€™re considering itā€™s on the beach and 2 bedroom, we could overlook these things! Overall definitely recommend!
