Gulf Shores Plantation East is a family-friendly resort located on the beach down Fort Morgan Road. Located in Building 1, this ground-floor condo is highly desired due to its private location and close proximity to the boardwalk, beach and pools.

Walk-into an updated, beautiful, beachy condo which contains comfortable furniture throughout. Relax on the sleeper sofa or plush accent chairs and enjoy over watching your favorite movie channels on the large 55-inch flat screen TV. Rest comfortably on mattresses with luxurious foam mattress toppers in both bedrooms! Gulf Shores Plantation is a family friendly resort with 24-hour security. The complex boasts over 4,000 feet of private beach frontage. Gulf Shores Plantation is located next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and across the street from a boat launch on Mobile Bay. The resort was voted as one of the top family destinations by Southern Living Magazine readers and offers numerous amenities including 7 outdoor swimming pools (east pool closest to us is heated), one year round heated indoor swimming pool, umbrella and beach chair rental, jet ski, parasail and banana boat rental, 3 indoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, fitness room, seven lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball court, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard, horse shoes, putting green, laundry facilities, BBQ grills, picnic tables and swings. Guest Access:
Drive in to the complex. There will be a guard at the gate. The complex currently does not charge for parking. You will need to show them your check-in information to get a parking slip and register with them! This condo is part of the Plantation East set of buildings which are to the left past the guard. Building one is the furthest one on the left. This condo is on far right side of the building as your drive-in. Max 2 vehicles. Parking is in on a first come, first serve basis. Park and go up the ramp or couple of stairs. The condo is on the ground floor. Use the code provided for access.
