Surprise your guests with savory meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them at the four-person dining table. Entertaining times await at the living area, which boasts a comfortable sofa and two armchairs conveniently close to the flatscreen TV with cable. Spend the golden hour taking in the views from your private balcony, or take a relaxing stroll along the seashore.



Gulf Shores Plantation is a short walk from the warm waves and soft sands of the beach, as well as the Sassy Bass Grill. Shops, restaurants, and bars await in Gulf Shores 15 miles to the east. Fort Morgan is nine miles to the west, with its signature Civil War battlements and boardwalks available for exploration. The adjacent Mobile Bay Ferry provides access to Dauphin Island.

Positives:Beautiful gulf view and close to the beach and pools. It is a nice distance away from the tourist chaos.Concerns:1.Bed sheets were in a big pile when we arrived and we didn't know if they were clean or dirty. So we slept on top of the blankets.2.One of the mattresses was wet. Maybe it had been washed?3.Smoke detector kept chirping and doing the test alarm noises.4.There was no access to wifi.We messaged several times about our concerns and did not receive a single reply during our entire stay.It was a fair price, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Great condo!

We loved our time in this condo and wished we could stay longer. It was so clean and well-appointed. The pools and hot tub are great! This condo is so close to the beach access, we didn’t waste any time getting down there and playing/resting all day. We would definitely stay here again and again.

The property was clean and located in a great location. Away from busy Orange Beach and Perdido.

The condo was in a perfect location right on the water, but still away from busy part of Gulf Shores. Short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Not crowded. Many pools to choose from on the property.

This was one of the worst vacation rentals I have had. Within 5 min of entering the condo I saw Roaches crawling all over the kitchen counters. It was 11pm and my kids were shot and we had not choice but to stay. I notified the host within 15 min of getting there and sent pictures. The balcony door was also stuck shut and we couldnt open it. Because it was last minute there were no other hotels or bnbs within reason to rent, and we live 9 hours away so we had to stay. The next day a roach was crawling up my leg!!! It took 2.5 days for any response from the host.When a representative came from the HOA she told me she was sorry but there wasn’t much she could do about the roaches but gave me a box of chocolates and a deck of cards to apologize and would get back to me about a discount but never did. She did manage to open the door after fighting with it for a while. The listing said ocean view- only if you leaned over the balcony and looked around the side of the building, barely. It is a parking lot view. We ended up leaving a day and an half early because this was just ridiculous and no one was answering me or trying to move us. When we got home my elderly mother had to go to the doctor for a terrible skin rash- she got a staff Infection from the resorts dirty hot tub!I’ve gone back and forth with host and VRBO with no solution to this. I am beyond frustrated with both !!!! I will never stay at this host companies facilities ever again.

The pictures with all the amenities did not match, blinds did not work, screen on main door wall wa,

We tried to get ahold of owner/property management for four hours of our vacation and never came in contact, the (boy) at the front gates was very rude and not helpful in any way! We had no access to laundry, sauna, gym, or anything that were in the pictures for this property in the amenities except for a very cold pool, the blinds were broke in master bedroom to the point of no use and screen was completely off to the main door wall to balcony just leaning up against window, everything was very dirty and the TVs had no Netflix or cable like promised, beautiful property and beach and surrounding areas, but beyond disappointed in the unit we stayed in, nothing/amenities were available and we were lied to upon arrival and no way of getting ahold of them, I still have not been able to get ahold of them days later, just disgusting!!!!!!

Hi Angela, thank you for visiting our home. We apologize for any concerns during your stay. We appreciate that you reached out and are sorry for any delays in service. There is access for guests on the 1st and 3rd floors. Indoor amenities are currently unavailable due to construction but should be available in the coming months. We are replacing the screens and blinds. We will ensure the owner is aware that the TV needs to be replaced. The other TVs in the home work well and have streaming services. We hope to host you again very soon.
