~ No events, parties, or gatherings beyond registered guests
~ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
~ Occupancy limited to registered guests only
~ Outdoor areas are not fully enclosed and may be visible from nearby homes
~ Golf cart use requires licensed drivers and adherence to community rules
Damage Insurance protection is included with your reservation. Please report any damage or missing items promptly. By booking, guests agree to comply with house rules, community standards, and all applicable local regulations. Failure to comply may result in fines, loss of amenities, or early termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies.
Note: Guests 5 years and older require a wristband for community amenities. Maximum 12 guests per home.
Golf Cart Information
~ Provided as a guest amenity; not guaranteed by 30A Cottages or Owner
~ Repairs or replacements are outside property management control
~ Rentals through Electric Cart Company available on a first-come, first-served basis
Pool Heating
~ Available October–April for an additional fee
~ Weather permitting; not available below 50°F or above 80°F
Parking
~ Designated parking for 4 vehicles; golf cart stored in mini-garage
~ Vehicle registration is required prior to arrival
Reservation & Booking Policy
~ 50% due at booking; balance due 60 days prior (or full if within 60 days)
~ Cancellations over 60 days: initial payment fully refundable (less 5% processing fee)
~ Optional travel insurance available

~ Minimum age for booking: 25 and must be an occupant during the entire rental period.
