Girl’s Getaway

Nice location and close proximity to dining and attractions. The home is very nice and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were spacious.

Family Vacation creating memories

This property is outstanding, very clean and all upgrated kitchen and bathrooms. It had everything you really need on a vacation. Better than a hotel.i highly recommend. The area is very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental home! It is open and spacious and has everything you need for your stay. Very clean too. The backyard lights are so fun at night! The best part of this place is its location! Waking distance to lots of eating places and about 20 minute walk downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Wonderful location

It was our first visit to St. Augustine and we were attending our grandson's graduation from Flagler College. The location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood convenient to the city and the beaches. Property is neat and clean with a nice backyard with a gas grill. Kitchen is well stocked with needed utensils, table settings, etc.

Great home in perfect location!!

We were in town for a concert and this home was perfect. The location is excellent if you are in town for an event at The Amp. The home was clean and updated. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the snacks and waters upon arriving at the home. Beds were very comfortable. This will be our first choice for all future trips to St. Augustine! Thanks for a great stay!!

Lovely house and fabulous hosts in a great location

We just spent six wonderful weeks at this lovely house that's in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the ocean and a 10-minute lovely walk to the famous Bridge of Lions that you can cross in 5 minutes or so to reach the historic downtown. It's also less than 2 miles from the beautiful Anastasia State Park, with several great hiking trails to take and miles of beach along the ocean with firm sand that makes walking on the beach really easy. This rental house is clean and bright, with all new appliances and excellent tvs in both the living room and family room. The hosts, Zipatly and Frans, are absolutely fabulous! They go out of their way to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay. When we made our reservations many months in advance, we asked them to install a DVD player for us and they did! They also met us when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. They're really quick to respond to every question or need. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful and most comfortable stay.

Xmas mini vacation

Enjoyed a few days in beautiful St. Augustine with family. This property was the perfect location-very close to all attractions (beaches, Old Town, etc.) but in a super quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Especially loved the backyard! Highly recommend.

Awesome Location

House is lovely and layout is nice. It is very clean and really a two minute walk to the Conch House !!! Owner/Manager of property very responsive to questions and very accommodating!!! We enjoyed our stay in this hidden gem property and will definitely book here again when in St. Augustine!

Lovely home!

The house is cute as a button. It was obviously refurbished recently, and you can see that many of the fixtures were brand new. The front door does stick a little, so pull on the knob when you are putting the code in, or it won't unlock. That's a pretty minor ding on an otherwise great place. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels. The washer/dryer are nice front loaders, so doing laundry is a breeze. Its a 1 minute walk to the marina and the Conch House restaurant, which is really nice. We saw sea turtles swimming around, and our friends saw a dolphin. I will definitely be renting this one again the next time I go.

What a beautiful home in the center of St. Augustine. Our first time in the area, and we will definitely return to this house again in the future. Close to restaurants, beaches and the historic district. Newly renovated, immaculate house with an awesome backyard. The house was well stocked to meet all your needs. The owner/property manager is super responsive all questions answered the same day.

Great spot

The property was as listed. Very spacious and clean. Walkable to several restaurants and bars and a short ride to downtown. Communication was good between host and us. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Great space wonderful place

My children and grandchildren came to visit us in St. Augustine. We celebrated our Christmas January 2nd. This house is absolutely beautiful and well laid out. We have infants crawling nd adults in each of the 4 bedrooms. The location was great to hop on our boat at the Conch House. The back yard fenced and with Edison lights strung from the trees was magical. I will be staying again.

Best Property for St. Augustine

I have returned to St. Augustine year after year for the nights of lights with my family. This home was perfect, the attention to detail by the owner(s) is superb. You can actually tell they put a lot of thought into the design and provision of accessories. We did not need for anything and felt like we had all the comforts of home all the time. The location is close to the bridge of lions and within walking distance to all the action. We were truly satisfied with this property, and we hope to return next year and book again if it is available. This was one of the best stays in VBRO I have had until now.
