A beautiful historic apartment in the heart of the Eastside neighborhood in downtown Charleston, this space has all of the original features that make Charleston homes unique with all of the amenities of modern living. You'll experience life as a local in our diverse neighborhood, with a walkable location to upper King St.

This entire apartment will be available for guests to use during their stay.

Guests will have private access to the apartment as well as a private porch.

We are located directly behind the Cigar Factory in downtown Charleston in the up-and-coming Eastside Neighborhood. Just a couple blocks away is upper King Street which is where all of the nightlife and shopping takes place. A mix of all backgrounds, our neighborhood will give you an authentic experience living in Charleston. While this neighborhood has undergone an amazing transition from just 5-10 years ago, it is still the heart of "local living". We love our neighbors and hope you will too!

Getting around is very easy in downtown Charleston! There is a bike station for Holy Spokes just down the block and Uber costs a mere 6 to 8 dollars to get anywhere downtown.

You'll be able to check yourself in using a lockbox.

This home has free parking on the premises.

You can bring along two pets at an additional fee of $100 per pet – pets are not allowed on the furniture (beds or sofas) or to be left unattended, please ask your host for the full list of pet rules.

This apartment is subject to a 30 night minimum as per Charleston law. Please reach out for more information!
