- Descend into the basement and unleash the child within. Engage in friendly competitions at the pool table, table tennis, air hockey, or foosball. And for the video game enthusiasts, a multi-game arcade console awaits!
Outdoor Oasis:
- Outside, embrace the beauty of professional landscaping. Whether it's a sunny day or a crisp evening, our year-round heated inground pool beckons for a splash. For those cooler nights, the hot tub and outdoor sauna promise unparalleled relaxation. As the sun sets, gather around our bespoke fire pit, basking in its warmth and ambiance enhanced by twinkling string lights. And of course, an outdoor grill stands ready for those BBQ cravings.
State-of-the-Art Amenities:
- For your convenience, our home offers a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer. Climate is no concern; with three mini-splits and an additional AC unit strategically placed, enjoy optimal temperature control in all corners of the home.
Privacy Perfected:
- Positioned on a secluded lot with an adjoining vacant plot to its right, our home ensures an unmatched sense of seclusion. The long driveway accommodates up to 6 cars, so invite your friends and family with ease.

Guest Access:
⚫Any guests that are booking our property will receive the automatic check-in instructions. In these check-in instructions it will include a guide on how to enter the home via our electric lock system.
⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!
⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time, unless you’re checking in earlier.
⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is situated in the recreation-residential community of Emerald Lakes, situated in a prime location in the middle of it all. Whether you want to go skiing, go to the waterparks, go to the lakes or the casino's... You name it, we are near it!
Other Things to Note:
‼️Important House & HOA Rules‼️
⚠️ Quiet hours are 9:30 pm - 6 am (This is HEAVILY enforced by the HOA and will result in a fine). If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine.
⚠️ There are no fireworks allowed to be set-off at our home and if there are it will result in a $1000 fine and call for an immediate eviction from the property.
⚠️ No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home
⚠️ No extra guests without prior approval
⚠️ No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. ‼️Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!
⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.

♨️ Hot Tub Notice – Please Read 😊
📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.

➡️Amenity badges aren’t included with the rental, but they’re optional and available for guests to purchase if they’d like access to the community amenities.
➡️Primary renter at least 25 years old.
➡️Pet Fee: $150/animal
➡️ Early Check-in Fee: $25/hr
➡️ Late Check-out Fee: $25/hr
➡️Pool Heating Fee: $150/day to keep the pool hot (Pool's max temp is 83 degrees)
➡️$35/Extra guest
➡️Any extra fees are non-refundable.
➡️The fire place in the living room is NOT usable and is strictly for design purposes only.
➡️Please note when temperatures are 40 degrees or lower the maximum temp for the pool will be in the high 70s range.
‼️Notice:
◾For reservations made outside of Airbnb and Booking.com, please note that a $500 security deposit will be included for security purposes. This deposit is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of checkout, provided no damages to the home or community penalties are reported.
◾Additionally, our account is not set up for VRBO or HomeAway to collect the remaining balances or security deposits directly. These are collected by us, with payments securely processed via Stripe or Bill.com.
◾For additional peace of mind, you are welcome to confirm this arrangement with VRBO support. Thank you!
