We enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing and the property was new and clean. I appreciated that the property had beach towels and an appropriate about of soaps and essentials, so that we did not have to run out to the store right away.

Nice beach, house is nice but poorly appointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach here is pretty nice and we enjoyed it. The house is new and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights with a group of 7 adults and 5 kids ages 7 and under. The house is extremely under-furnished to accommodate the number of people that can sleep there. Most bedrooms had no dressers or tiny dressers with 3 little drawers. There was only a keurig and a 5-cup coffee maker in the kitchen (this is a joke for a group of parents of young kids who drink a lot of coffee! we went to walmart and bought a $40 full size coffee maker). We cooked and ate most of our meals in the house. There were not enough dishes or silverware for our group. We contacted the rental company and they had more silverware and coffee cups delivered right away which was nice. But it seemed like this house had not been checked on since last summer as far as the furnishings. There were no laundry baskets. The living room/dining room area does not have enough seating. A house that sleeps 12+ people with a dining table for 6? What? All the finishes on the house were super cheap and kind of falling apart already, like the faucets etc. TLDR; I'd stay at this beach again but probably not at this house, and maybe not with this rental company.

Great House for Girls’ Trip

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was as beautiful as shown and the management was very communicative. I did wish that the property had direct beach access, but the public access was not far away. The home had everything one could want and was close to the pool and grocery store. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

We really loved our stay and the elevator was a blessing for my 90 year old Mom. We loved the location and the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. There are a few things that the home could use one is another refrigerator. One refrigerator for a house full of people was troublesome but we managed. Another would be more silverware and towel bars in the bathrooms for the bath towels to dry on. Those are the only additions I would make. The home is really amazing and we hope to return next year!!

Dream home on the ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a beautiful home! Very comfortable and lots of room for our group of 11. The kids loved the lower level with the bunk beds. Meanwhile the king size bedrooms were so spacious and bathrooms incredible! The bedroom facing the ocean is a dream!The main floor was a great room to come together after a day at the beach or swimming in the private pool. The kitchen was beautiful and lots of seating available. My only complaint about the kitchen - PLEASE provide enough dinnerware and silverware for these large groups. We barely had enough plates to serve dinner and we were using salad forks and smaller forks to eat with. They provided plenty of beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, floats. Any issues were handled quickly and professionally. We definitely want to stay here again!!!

Beautiful Sapphire Shores

Exceeded our exceptions. The house is beautifully maintained and had ample room for our party of nine. Perfect location for easy access to the beach and pools. The views from the balconies were stunning.

Smoke alarm battery died and chirped all night. There was no replacements or ladder. Had to stand on a night stand to replace it, very dangerous.

Can't wait to come back!

We have stayed here at Cinnamon Beach several times and this house was the best of all. We totally enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Shores. The layout of the house was great. The elevator was a big plus and it was very helpful to have especially with the luggage. This house is beautiful inside and out and the views were incredible. The location of the house is great and sitting on the balcony oceanfront was very peaceful with morning coffee. It’s nice being just a short walk down to the beach. We would like to make a couple of suggestions but it’s nothing that wouldn’t keep us from renting this house again next year. *Our suggestion would be to put some sort of shade or curtain on the door facing the street in the king bedroom on the 3rd floor. Window covering/shades are everywhere else excluding this door. It would definitely help with the sun causing the room to be very warm and most of all would help with privacy issues. *A TV in the room with the twin beds on the 2nd floor would be wonderful. All other bedrooms have a TV in the rooms except for this room. *Two garbage cans for a house this size is not doable. One of the cans was already full when we checked in for our stay. I would suggest larger cans and 4 or more garbage cans to use. *Even though the bugs (roaches) we found were dead, it was unpleasant to come across seeing them on the 3rd floor and 2nd floor. Maybe if pest control had just sprayed the day before, it might help to leave a note letting guest know.

Great Family and Friends Stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were nervous about going to this beach and this house because there were limited or no reviews when we booked. It honestly seemed too good to be true.We are so happy we went ahead and booked! We were delighted. The house is large and comfortably accommodates many. The rooms are appointed in a "Florida" style with vacationers in mind. The neighbors are close, but you mainly notice this from the pool -- which is small but big enough. And the "privacy" of the beach -- which is SO close -- made up for it. Other people were on the beach, but we were not on top of one another with people in front and back. It didn't have that frenetic quality some beaches have. We were there in July, so that may be a calmer season. The house itself has three floors, so there are lots of steps. The bedrooms are located across the three floors. The main bedroom on the top floor has fantastic views of the ocean. However, besides the main being the "better" room due to the view, all the bedrooms were good, with most being great. We only used the small elevator for heavier items when unloading and loading. If you have someone who has difficulty with stairs, you may need to use that for them, as the kitchen is one floor up. The house offers many seating options and tables at which to eat. We were able to cook a few meals at the house easily. A few of the provided cooking utensils were meant for rentals but generally were good enough. I would have liked a few more plates, but you must run the dishwasher daily anyway if you are a large group, so this is a tad picky. We also enjoyed eating out nearby, and St. Augustine was only 30-35 minutes away, which was a great evening dinner excursion. Next time we will add a shopping day!One minor complaint - with such a large shower off of the main bedroom, the small single shower head was disappointing. It's minor, and as I said, this was built for vacationers. If that is my worst complaint, you can see there isn'

Family of 10 Sapphire Shores on Cinnamon Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10 has been vacationing in Cinnamon Beach for over 10 years now. We have stayed at 4 different houses there over the years. We love the area, and I like to think we have a lot of experience and knowledge of what’s available to give a useful review. This year we stayed at Sapphire Shores. First things, the house is very new and it is beautiful! Very clean and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is great, and their are a lot of extras in the house that were really nice to have, such as beach chairs, boogie boards, huge supply of beach towels, great and comfy outdoor furniture, amazing sheets on all the beds, great motorized shades, hammock, and bench seats in the pool. Having been a family that has stayed in several houses on this street for the last 10 years, I did have a few suggestions that I feel would make this rental even better. Number 1, It really needs to have another refrigerator. One regular-sized family fridge for a 5 bedroom house on the beach meant to host 12 people is just not enough. Every house we have stayed in there has had at least 2 with one being on the pool/beach exit floor. Another suggestion would be some sort of shade on the door of the street side 3rd floor king bedroom. There are great shades everywhere else, but the that door is completely open and you can see right into it from the street so it causes privacy issues . Also a TV in the twin beds would be great. There were 2 garbage cans in the garage, but 10 people have a lot of trash, so I would suggest either larger cans, or more. It would also be very helpful to have some sort of grab bar in at least on of the showers/tubs in the house so that an elderly or balance-challenged person can bathe more safely. Finally, more couch/chair seating in the upstairs living room would be nice. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Shores, and the great definitely outweighed the few suggestions we had! Reviewer Comments: We vacationed as a family of 12, ages 17 to 72.The house is beautiful and well purposed for all activities; cooking, sleeping, reading on the deck, playing on the beach with provided beach items, swimming in one of 3 available pools, and watching College basketball on many TV’s. There are a lot of stairs but when we brought home groceries we just put them on the elevator that goes to every floor! There were no complaints from anyone in our group and our questions were promptly answered by Cinnamon Beach staff and/or Scott. No problems getting into the house.
