Great house for our family. Enjoyed having a pool, jacuzzi and beach just steps away. The house had plenty of beach chairs etc. Also enjoyed the community pool and kids splash pad. House was great! Plenty of space for everyone. Would have liked more cookware and grill tools, but we managed and had great dinners. Would definitely book again.

Amazing house with incredible views of the Ocean. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable and can’t say enough great things about our stay. If I’m ever in the area again I’d stay without hesitation.

The house was perfect for our family reunion with 6 adults, one toddler and one infant. It had plenty of space for us to stretch out and enjoy the spectacular ocean view. They provided everything we needed for the pool as well as beach toys for the kids. The bedrooms were comfortable and each room had personal shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook the few meals we prepared. The community is close to Publix, many restaurants and there is plenty to do in the area. Check-in was easy and there was frequent communication prior and during our stay. A minor problem was dealt with promptly and professionally. It was a wonderful stay.

We had such an Amazing stay! The house was immaculate. The pool was definitely a favorite of the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials we needed. So..Much...Room! Enough for our whole group.The kids had a blast with the games available. Such a Beautiful property! Will definitely be back!

Gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable property with amazing views (even from the kitchen table!) & access to the ocean. The private saltwater pool is an amazing bonus. Check-in was a breeze and we found the space to be in immaculate condition. My family hopes to return next summer!

Felt like being home

everything from kitchen utensils to bath and bed necessities to pool and beach accessories at your fingertips. Exceptionally clean including the pool and surrounding area. Beautiful location and grounds were well maintained. We will return.

Beautiful Beachfront Home!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this brand new beachfront home! Everything was just as pictured. Our teens had friends and we had extended family as well and we all had plenty of room. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the beach so easily.

Special Celebration / Memorable Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a perfect setting to gather our family in celebration of our 50th anniversary! Our group of 11, included 3 younger grands, 2 older grands, plus 3 couples. We all were accommodated very comfortably. There were plenty of sleeping options, including bunk beds and a port-a-crib. The kitchen, dining area, and family room all combined into a spectacular open area that allowed us to gather in one space, with gorgeous views of the ocean. The pantry and refrigerator provided plenty of space for groceries purchased. And the kitchen was stocked well with dishes, etc. The pool was a great option, with pool toys and beach accessories in the garage. We used the pool multiple times a day. The game room off the patio/pool area was a fun addition. The house location is a premium spot with private ocean access and conveniently located near the community pools. As a former owner of a condo in Cinnamon Beach, we knew the area and wanted to return with our growing family. We revisited some of our favorite Palm Coast restaurants for dine in and take out. And we even did a morning trip up to St. Augustine. Our house rental allowed us to be together, while being able to spread out. The two balconies provided beautiful views of the sunrise on the ocean. And there is even an elevator to assist with bringing luggage up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Cinnamon Beach Rental & Management Company was most helpful in making the reservation, and answering questions as they came up before our arrival. All details were taken care of. Our kids even arranged for a photographer to take family photos on the balcony and on the beach. It was truly an outstanding week for all. Grateful we had a special place to be together!

Beautiful home and location in Palm Coast

The construction was block, and the ocean view was calming and beautiful from both the 2nd & 3rd floor balconies. The home has extra high ceilings, an elevator, game room, 2 washers/dryers, and the decor was very tasteful vs many shore homes that can verge on tacky. The pool & built-in hot tub were perfect, and the double clubhouse was only 2 doors away with 2 community pools, separate kids water play/pools, a gym and grill restaurant. Our group of 6 adult family members all agreed that we would return!

Family of 10

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful in a great ocean front location. It does need a few things. The master bedroom door is broke so anyone can open the left hand side even when it’s locked. The house needs a new grill. The knobs don’t work. Very dangerous the way it is. There is a spare room which should be made into a mud room to catch all the sand. Last thing is if there was more cleaning supplies such as mops and better brooms, we could have cleaned better when we were leaving. Our family loved the house and would highly recommend. We would definitely rent it again if we came to that area. The beach there is wonderful for very young children. It doesn’t drop off fast. The house is very well equipped for cooking.

A Slice of Heaven

The beautiful house was clean, spacious, welcoming and inviting. It was large enough to accommodate all comfortably. Plenty of seating. The kitchen was well equipped from meal prep, dining, food storage and plenty of glasses—plastic and glass. The outdoor space was nice and the pool was enjoyed by all. Plenty of towels— shower and pool.Elevator was a great asset and always worked. Kids liked the game room.The service provided by Cinnamon Beach rentals is superb. They are quick to respond and pleasant.A great time was had by all. We would rent this wonderful house again. Two suggestions. Check and clean grill before using. Very greasy. Be careful on second level balcony. Tiles are slick when wet from moisture in air.

Perfect in everyday!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth time renting an oceanfront house in Cinnamon Beach- this was the best floor plan and best decorated of them all. The minute you walked in you felt happy and calm. It works well for 2 families and multigenerational! Most of the houses have elevators but to have a king size bed ( low enough) on the main level of living with shower , easy step into the house. Also the top floor master had 2 bedrooms so our kids could be close by. It was fully equipped though - beach towels, cookware etc. we did not like the pillows so we ordered some new down pillows and left them there.. we also ordered silverware for kids and full set for adults and left them there! The pool was a bit small but nice to have a heated pool and hot tub. The access to the beach was easy. We loved all of the boogie boards and beach chairs. We loved it so much we wanted to buy the house!
