Sizable and kept cool, the townhome's bedrooms offer serene sleeping quarters for everyone. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the excellent interior amenities.

Close to your stay, book a ride with Oceanfront Helicopters, practice your swing at Mt. Atlanticus Minotaur Golf, walk along Myrtle Beach State Park, and tune into a live performance at the Carolina Opry Theater.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was great only a quick walk to the beach. There does need to be more communication between Vrbo, the apartment manager and Dodson pest control. As we was getting ready to drive to the boardwalk I notice in my mirror someone knocking on our door, It was Dodson pest control to spray (He told me that was the day planned to spray all units and he had keys for them all) now if I would of already been at the pier and came back to someone in our unit things could of went a different way.

Overall the house was decent. Kitchen, rooms, bathrooms and laundry room were mostly clean. One of the showers was missing a shower curtain and liner but it was replaced asap after we reached out to Vacasa. The tub drain was also super clogged with a bunch of hair and it was disappointing and gross that we pulled it out ourselves. Vacasa did offer to send out people to clean it asap but it was already late into the night and we unclogged the tub ourselves— but that kinda defeats the purpose of the “cleaning fee,” no? The walls are a little dirty and and part of the blinds are broken. Overall, location is great- very walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. Check in and check out was easy. The AC was kinda weird because it was either super cold or super hot but at least it worked lol. We appreciated the amount of space to accommodate our family and having a rinse station in the back area was nice to get all the sand out after a day at the beach.

Great place to stay

Location, location location!!! This place was block away from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets real close by. It was very spacious enough for our family of 7. We really enjoyed it.

Walk to beach, drive to anywhere else easily

The location of this townhouse was easy to find, close to all sorts of natural and built amenities. The interior is comfortable. Certainly somewhere that does not have consistent residents, so don’t expect there to be anything but the bare bones. There were kitchen items, utensils, towels, bedding, pillows, all of that sort of thing. The two balcony doors up and downstairs require a stick to keep them from opening as the locks are not operational. Other than that, the place is perfectly fine for a few nights stay. Communication with the management company was easy and consistent. Accuracy of listing is spot on.

Great trip to Myrtle Beach and good location

The location of the condo was great. It had walk-able access to restaurants, shops, entertainment and the beach. The closets beach access was closed, but the next one was not a far walk. For those taking pets there is plenty of walk-able side walks, there is grass in the front lawn at the location and grass in the back of the condo.For those going to the Boardwalk or Broadway at the beach it is just a short drive to those location.

Great time in Myrtle Beach and good location.

The location of the condo was great. It had walk-able access to restaurants, shops, entertainment and the beach. The closets beach access was closed, but the next one was not a far walk. For those taking pets there is plenty of walk-able side walks, there is grass in the front lawn at the location and grass in the back of the condo. We enjoyed the short walk to so many places. The beach 2 blocks away and a nice little pet yard unfenced. We appreciate the amenities andthe outdoor shower. The best part was each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Unless you are a smoker or have family that smokes, love the smell of intense smokers, I would avoid this home at all costs, it smelled like a 20 year old ashtray. It was so strong my mouth started tasting like I smoked a whole pack in less 15 minutes of just breathing in the air of this place.

Nice and quiet

This property was great for a long weekend stay while we were in town for a sports tournament. The area is calm with little traffic, but still just a short drive to major attractions (less than 15 minutes). It was great to have some space to spread out versus staying in a resort condo, and not having to park in a tight garage. We would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.

Great quiet place. A quick drive to everything.

Very clean. Met some of the neighbours who were super nice. If you have a pet this neighbourhood is small. Best to drive to another area to get the dog walked. Well maintained and I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect accommodations.

Very clean. Everything we needed. Good location near everything including the beach 1 block over. Was great to have our dog feel at home. Would definitely stay again!
