Just an 8-minute drive to the university, it serves as the perfect accommodation for families and friends looking to immerse themselves in the excitement of Aggie game weekends. Plus, the shuttle stop conveniently located on the corner of the property, Ring Dance, Bus 27, allows you to bypass traffic and parking altogether.

Retreat at the Estates is not just about proximity to the campus; it’s also situated blocks away from a variety of eateries and family-friendly activities. Enjoy a family dinner at Chuy's or BJ’s Brewhouse, or grab a drink before the game. Upstairs, you’ll find four expansive bedrooms, each equipped with smart TVs, spacious closets, and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds. The third bedroom also has a king-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom boasts two full-over-full adult-rated bunk beds—perfect for accommodating both kids and adults alike. Each room is thoughtfully decorated with cozy linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. For families traveling with infants, a Pack 'n Play is also provided.

The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and must digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to stay.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOW AT THE RETREAT AT THE ESTATES. Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if the Booking Agent and Homeowner agree prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with the Booking Agent, the Guest will be fined a pet deposit, and the booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information is in the Pet Addendum.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Towing is strictly enforced. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.


11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. NO GRILL

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom), and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in the large dumpsters at both ends of the complex per the City of College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damage caused by such failure.

Ladies Retreat

Very clean and comfortable home to stay in for our ladies retreat. The convenience of having an on-suite bathroom in each room was a great asset to this property. I would recommend this property to others.

Wonderful Memories

Our family… four families really, stayed here a few days surrounding our son’s wedding and the entire process of renting this house was simple and quick! The property is exactly like the pictures show - large living spaces, huge bedrooms, and everything you need for a great stay. Towels, comfy bedding, small appliances, and a huge kitchen made our trip so much better. Safe neighborhood, lots of private parking, and a newer construction home are what you’ll get. This will be our “go to” property whenever we’re in the area. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Very nice property!

We enjoyed this property. Everything worked great. New, beautiful finish. comfortable beds. Pool was a plus!! Cable in every room.
