Relaxing lake front home with beautiful view on the lake, sleeps 7.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and the house your rented. We do want to mention that due to the significant rainfall over the past several weeks, our regular mowing schedule was delayed, which caused the landscaping to become more overgrown than usual. We appreciate your understanding, and our team has since caught up on the mowing and landscaping. We're also happy our maintenance team was able to quickly resolve the issue you experienced. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future

Thank you for your feedback. We honestly believe you may have your stay mixed up with another property, as your comments do not reflect the experience we strive to provide. What is especially concerning is that there were zero issues reported to our office during your stay. We have on-site maintenance available to promptly address any concerns our guests may have, and had we been made aware of a problem, we would have worked quickly to resolve it. We take great pride in offering an affordable, clean, and welcoming place to stay while enjoying the beautiful Lake of Egypt. Our team works hard to provide a positive experience for every guest, and we encourage future visitors to read our many other reviews, which more accurately reflect the level of service and hospitality we provide.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful location and time on the deck. We sincerely apologize that everything was not up to par during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out to us right away if anything is not meeting expectations, as we have on-site maintenance and cleaning staff, along with additional supplies, available to quickly address and accommodate any needs. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a seamless experience on your next visit.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We're so glad to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay, especially the time on the lake, the paddle boards and kayaks, and the peaceful neighborhood. It's wonderful to know the kids had such a great experience and that you found the home and beds comfortable. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance and cleanliness concerns to our attention. We're relieved to hear you weren't injured when the dock handrail came loose, and we're glad we were able to repair it promptly. Your feedback about the cleaning, grill, missing broom, and kitchen items is valuable, and we've shared it with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can improve for future guests. Thank you again for your suggestions regarding the can opener and scissors—they're simple improvements that can make a big difference. We're delighted to hear you loved the lake and plan to return. We look forward to welcoming you back for an even better stay next time!

Thank you for choosing out lake home. We hope to host you again soon.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re disappointed that your stay did not meet your expectations, as we take great pride in maintaining this property and providing our guests with a comfortable lake house experience. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. This is a well-kept private lake house, not a resort, and it is furnished and priced accordingly. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable property with the amenities guests need to enjoy their time at the lake. Regarding the microwave, there was a brand-new microwave sitting on the counter in the unit during your stay. Had we been contacted about the microwave or any other concern, we would have been happy to address it. Simple communication during a stay can resolve many issues quickly and gives us the opportunity to make things right while guests are still on the property. We would also like to clarify that each unit has its own individual fire pit, and guests are welcome to move their fire pit to different areas of the property. It is not a shared fire pit among the five rentals. We appreciate your positive comments about the dock. We will always review maintenance concerns and address anything that genuinely needs attention, but we also encourage guests to communicate with us during their stay. Our goal is for every guest to have an enjoyable experience at the lake.

Great guest! Hope to host you again!
