Great place!

The unit was a little dated, but extremely clean and well maintained. The location was excellent. The dryer was broken, but we managed to get it running. We will be back.

Our stay was great. The condo was right by the pool and a walk over the dunes to the beach. The house was clean except for the floor which looked clean but walking from the front to back barefoot our feet were black with dirt. Everything else was clean. Dishes and such were provided but the only cooking knife was a bread knife. The refrigerator needs repair or replacement as it froze everything on the first shelf plus some, but they did not fix it while we were there but hopefully that has been taken care of. We dealt with it ok. It was nice to see the small things like dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap and a roll of TP provided so there was something there until we got to the store. With restaurants, grocery and pretty much anything else we needed close by this condo was perfect for us. You will enjoy your stay in St. Augustine staying here.

Improvements needed

Great location but this place needs updating. For the price, we would like better facilities. Bathroom drain needed repair, rust on faucets, kitchen drawer was broken. And smaller bedroom needs better furniture.

Very Dirty!

This condo was very dirty, especially the kitchen. Counter, pantry shelves sticky and black at bottom of garbage can. Ice machine overflowing on arrival. Dead bugs in dining area and master bedroom. Patio furniture chair had sticky stuff and (white?)table and chairs not clean. So unfortunate because the condo is a great location and sitting on the patio would have been nice. Loud a/c near guest bedroom with a broken bed. If our trip wasn’t only 2 nights I would have left.

Family Vacation

This property needs to be removed from the rental list until it is cleaned completely and repaired to safety standards!! The complaints reported last year had not been addressed before this years stay. Very disappointed!

Fabulous Location

Loved staying at this place - the location is great and the unit was very comfortable for us. Yes, it's a little old and tired and could use a bit of maintenance and updating. We had a few problems, but the management company is very quick to respond and deal with the issues.

Vrbo review

This vrbo unit is average at best if considering the cleanliness and furniture, etc. We found the unit did not have adequate privacy drapery or blinds at sliding door. Their was an electrical short in the kitchen, more than one area needing repair. The unit didn’t appear to have been mopped prior to our entering And furnishings not cleaned or disinfected. Our selection of this unit was specific to our need as it was ground floor and away from pool opening. I’m hoping the unit will be in better shape next year as I would like to stay there again.

Great inexpensive place to stay.

The building is a little outdated but we weren’t there for the condo. It was just a place to sleep and eat. We were there to see Saint Augustine. It is in a quiet neighborhood, great beach access, and close to the historical sites. The condo is spacious and has plenty of seating. Toiletries are limited you you may want to stop at Walgreens and pick some up. Overall though it was a great place to stay.

Nice Getaway

Check in was very efficient, and the condo was clean at arrival. We did not cook at all, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The accessibility to pool and boardwalk to the beach was very convenient. The condo complex was quiet and well maintained. There was good communication through emails prior to our arrival. Great place for a long weekend getaway with family.

Place needs upgrading.

Sliding door won't lock and keeps coming off of track. Vertical blinds need fixing (some verticals were missing). Washing machine doesn't work even with the "new instructions left by someone saying they couldn't get new parts". Floors needed mopping. Me feet got black walking of tile floors. A/C unit is loud. Online directions and info sent to phone were different. This place could be top notch with some "tender loving care". I would not rent this place again. No hair dryer. I've stayed in this complex before and was surprised that this unit was so "dated". Did not contact property manager is the reason for the "1" rating.

You get what you pay for

It was cheap. But the washing machine doesn’t work. The AC is very loud. Several outlets in the kitchen don’t work either. Could use some work.

Very comfortable, clean, and quiet

We needed a place for my husband and I as well as our son and his wife and baby that wouldn't break the bank. This condo was roomy and comfortable. One room has twin beds, which wasn't ideal, but we dealt with it. The complex was very quiet, we had a pool right outside the sliding back door (didn't use it though) and the boardwalk to the beach was very close. I'd definitely stay here again, even without the extended family! Thank you!!

Property was very nice and clean

Property was very nice and met all our needs for pool and beach. Little disappointed with the check in service. Was only given 1 key and no parking passes. Had to make 2nd trip to V-trips to get parking passes.

Dirty and Unsafe!

Let me start by saying we visit St. Augustine at least 6 times a year, always rent a condo or hotel beachfront but never from this property management team and NEVER AGAIN! 1 star for the beach and actual location of the condo, its right by the pool with ocean view and close to stores and restaurants. This place ia DISGUSTING & UNSAFE! Dirty floors, don't take your shoes off or your feet will be BLACK, bed sheets stunk we had to wash them all, shower floor tiles full of black fungus, handicap shower handrail had all orange rusted screw's making it extremely unsafe for my elderly mother in law to use, leftover taco bell food in its bag, yes still a taco and leftovers in the bag and candy wrappers in the master bedroom behind the nightstands, the kitchen was infested with ants when we walked in and they continured to come out everyday and we didn't leave food out at all, the stove was full of grime, you could see the streaks whete it was attempted to be cleaned, plus it stinks of grease when used, you can see the smoke coming off the burners, 1 burner doesn't work and the other 3 burners are really slanted and you have to hold the pots at all times, dust bunnies all over corners and under the furniture, my toddler had to be carried at all times, all the kitchen utensils still had food residue stuck on them, last but not least..the sliding door doesn't lock!!! Talk about the condo being unsafe 24/7!! I emailed the Property Management agent that had been emailing me for my CC info verification but no luck.. 2 emails and 2 phone calls later no answer! Dropped off the keys, spoke to lady at the front desk about all this. .all she said was sorry. Unbelievable! This place need a good deep cleaning, new cleaning crew and more proactive management company! NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS WAS A VERY STRESSFUL VACATION HAVING TO CONSTANTLY CLEAN EVERYTHING!

DO NOT RENT. Neglected, sad and dirty, plus poor property management.

First, the good: - Decent location with private walk to the beach. - Large spaces with a bath for each bedroom. - New W/D very convenient. Second, the bad: - We had planned an evening at the beach, but Vacation Rental Pros (the property management company) failed to include the access card to the locked gate; they also didn't provide the parking pass (which we didn't know we needed until later). - We called the number they indicated and were put on hold, then disconnected, with no return call. Our calls/messages were unreturned. We called the emergency property number, and were told we shouldn't have called. - It was our responsibility to drive back to the Vacation Rental Pros office to retrieve the parking pass and beach access card ourselves. We were told the office opened at 8:30 the next morning, but the employee didn't arrive until close to 9 a.m. - A Wi-Fi code was not provided; we hunted and found it written in marker on the modem. - The sliding glass doors to the patio are not working properly. - Several lightbulbs were burned out for lamps; we couldn't find replacement bulbs. - Upon leaving, we hunted for the trash and opened a door near the outdoor entrance; no trash, but a complete supply of beach equipment, including chairs, which would have been nice to know about for our beach vacation BEFORE we left. Third, the ugly: Smelly - A stale smell reminiscent of old motel rooms; it's non-smoking now, but it clearly hasn't always been. Dirty - The glass dining room table had a film of some sort and looked as if it hadn't seen windex in years; when we stripped one of the single beds, we found a large old urine stain on the mattress. The old plastic patio furniture was covered in dirt and grime. Some effort has been made to update this property, but out of more than 10 properties I've rented, this was by far the worst. DO NOT RENT FROM VACATION RENTAL PROS.

we had a wonderful time in St. Augustine,hopefully be back next year. I found the condo and premises to be nicer than the website photos-- usually, the other way around. Interior/exterior maintenance was pristine and we observed grounds people on premises! Linens were cotton not polyester slip off the bed quality. Recently installed pvers and boardwalk to beach well maintained and secure. Beautiful. I will recommend sea place. One thing missing. Recycling inside unit. I brought ours to the beach recycling.
