Beautiful home

The home was beautiful. However, we were very disappointed because the dryer and the oven did not work, two very important pieces of equipment needed while vacationing the snow.

Large comfortable cabin with many ammenities

we stayed at this vacation home for 6 days with another family for a total of 9 people. the home was extremely spacious and accomodated all very nicely. there was a large kitchen with a beautiful cooktop. a large family room, a game room. several bedrooms , even an adorable "cave room" for kids to hang out. There is a BBQ and spa outside which we utilized. There were a few minor things that needed attention which the office promptly attended to. beds very comfortable. Overall , very nice home to stay in and centally located to lake and town. We would definitely stay again!!!!!!!!!!!!

GREAT SIZE, Lots of space and many fun activities.

The cabin was large enough to accommodate my whole family of 11 people comfortably. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils as well as pillows and blankets for a large family, coffee maker, microwaves and many amenities. Some of the appliances were out of order like the trash compactor and no ice or water from the fridge. There were a couple of spider webs in the living room and a piece of poop under a small table that was possibly left from a previous renter. OVERALL a BEAUTIFUL Cabin to make great memories with your loved ones. I would DEFINITELY stay here again,BUT PLEASE repair what needs to be repaired.

Nice on the out side trashed on the inside!

This place is outdated, the kitchen has nothing really to offer if theirs no pots pans or even a blender to work with. This place has a lot of potential but it needs a lot of help. The hot tub water had a rim of dirt and seemed like no one ever cleaned or care for it. The furniture was trash and the tvs where outdated. For the money I paid this house should atleast come with stuff you can cook with. Bottom line this place sucks!. P.s I forgot to mention get a pest control in there.

Disappointed

The inside of the house needed to be upgraded. The handle on the sliding glass window was broken. The couch was ripped and had bugs in it. Some of the cooking pan were not usable. The TV were so small, if you wear glasses it’s hard to watch TV unless you were right in front of the TV.

Beautiful Property!

Great property. My only gripe was that it could have been a little more thoroughly cleaned. Especially the master bathroom shower.

Good Neighbor Policy enforced at all times. Removing trash and Wash Dishes. No Smoking, Parties, Events, Loud Music, Street Parking, or Over Occupancy Allowed. Fines/Evictions possible by both Code Enforcement and Big Bear Vacations.

Check-in after 4:00 pm - Check-out before 10:00 am
No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
