Seacoast Condominiums is a luxury ocean front resort style residences that is located in the heart of Miami Beach on 'millionaire's row'.
This apartment is located on the north side of the towers viewing the beautiful landscaped gounds that extend all the way to the beach and has a partial view of the ocean and Bay views from the large balcony. A spacious split floorplan that is bright and enviting welcomes you in to a nicely furnished dining and living area. The livingroom has a leather sectional along with a 55' flatscreen TV and a beautiful glass dining table that sits 6 in the dining area.Ther is also a desk and chair for a little work , if you have the time. The master bedroom has a new king bed, flatscreen TV and plenty of closet space along with own bathroom. The second bedrrom has a bunkbed and a twin bed, closet, Chest of drawers, flatscreen TV and also own bathroom. The Kitchen has all the major appliances and small appliances too and it's also fully equiped with all the kitchen ware for any cooking needs. Plates, cups and utensils are also all there. There's plenty of towels too and also linens.There's a glass table and 4 folding chairs for the balcony in case you want to enjoy the ocean breezes while eating, reading or just relaxing. The unit is freshly painted and very clean. The pool and beach area are just about the nicest you can find on Miami Beach. There is one parking space included but you can also use valet for additional vehicles.

Beautiful place

Everything was as advertised. The place helped us greatly to have a wonderful time. The only downside was the renovations taking place in differents apparments, but Paulo didn’t have anything to do with it, and it was not that big a deal. My only regret was not to be able Paulo in person and thank him for renting us his place.

Expectativas cumplidas

Disfrutamos nuestra estancia según lo planeado. Si bien el tiempo no se portó muy bien, igualmente el recurso de la piscina sirvió para tomar sol. El Condominio es muy práctico y destaco la limpieza. El apartamento de Paulo cumple con todo lo visualizado en el aviso. Muy disfrutable.

Nos alojamos en familia 14 días. Estuvimos muy bien atendidos por el anfitrión., respondía rápidamente a nuestras consultas. El departamento es más cómodo y lindo que lo que se ve en las fotos. Tiene una hermosa vista a la playa y a la bahía desde el balcón.

Best condo in Miami

Perfect from start to finish. Great location, right on the beach. Condo has everything you need. Paulo was very responsive and looked after any issues very quickly. Parking was included which was a BIG BONUS!!

Beach Beauty

From a cold winter state we can't overstate how much we enjoyed the sunshine, boardwalk and beach. Our unit had a view of the beach and the bay. Comfortable quiet living area. Free access to trolley to enjoy south and north beach. The owner was kind, responsive to needs and immediately available. Thank you for allowing us to share your property.

I may have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for a faction of renters who believe they own the pool.

I realize Paulo doesn’t have control over other owners/renters but there were 2 factions that hung out at the pool daily and managed to scoff 13-14 of the 22 umbrellas every day. There are signs posted in the elevators that umbrellas and chairs cannot be reserved, but I witnessed just the opposite numerous times and the way these folks treated toddlers in the pool was atrocious. Telling them to shut up and go away when these young children were just having fun. The way these folks treat the pool attendants was appalling like they were there to serve only their needs. The Tiki Bar has good food and service, the property is secure and had easy access to the beach. Overall my wife and I had a good vacation as long as we stayed away from the pool area. Unfortunately after the second week of our month long stay the micro wave stopped working. I tried everything possible to get it to work to no avail, it was broken. I made Paulo aware of the condition of the microwave he told me he would shop for a new one, a microwave was never delivered. On the day of our departure Paulo told me the microwave was delivered to a different condo and he got his money back. I thought the microwave would be delivered in a reasonable time frame. There were days we waited until late morning before we went out hoping that was the day the microwave would be delivered. Not having the microwave for 2 weeks was an inconvenience, but we survived. Another unfortunate mishap my wife and I never had the opportunity to meet Paulo. All correspondence was via email. If you don’t mind taking the free trolley service that Miami offers you will not need to rent a vehicle, there is a trolley stop in front of the property they run approximately every 20 minutes. There is a partial view of the beach and canal from the balcony which is a good spot to have your morning coffee. Laundry and trash disposal are close by and there’s a convenience store off to the side in the lobby. Paulo offers his parking spot if your desire is to rent a vehicle, which is what we did, we did take the free trolley on a few occasions. The property is a good size, has 3 televisions and most appliances you may need.

Great Location on the Beach

The owner met us exactly on time and could not have been more accomodating. The apartment was as described (fully equipped for all needs). The pool and beach were great. The owner provided us w a table and chairs for the balcony and when my wife was concerned about the mattress, the owner provided a mattress topper immediately which solved the problem. We would stay again and highly recommend to all.

Paulo has been one of the best host we had in years. Nice, responsive, available. What can you expect? Sea Coast is being renovated and will be brand new very soon, the place is nice, location is great, service perfect. We had then a very nice stay and will return, no doubt on that. Gracias ! Denis

Great vacation!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Clean, everything works, and the location is perfect. Paolo was very helpful and answered all my questions. I felt very safe with the professionnalism of the security staff in the building and having your own parking space in the garage was wonderful. I would highly recomend this property to anyone (especially families) looking for a safe and relaxing vacation in Miami Beach. I hope we can mate it back next year. Thanks again Paolo!

Very Happy!!

I rented this unit for 8 weeks during the summer. It was perfect. The condo was exactly as it is portrayed with everything you need included. The building was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained. The pool and private beach access were amazing. The owner was great and very helpful throughout our entire stay. Would absolutely stay here again in the future. We had a wonderful time.
