Located in the Destiny by the Sea gated community, this home is a short stroll to the emerald-colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sandy beaches or take a short walk to the luxurious community pool and hot tub. This lovely home sleeps 13, and the second floor is the gathering place for meals with a fully appointed kitchen. The stove/oven combo is oversized and chef-ready. Guests can eat at the bar or formal dining area. However, there is additional seating, with a gas grill, on the balcony for dining al fresco. Overstuffed sofas and chairs provide a perfect living area for spirited conversations. In addition to the TV in this living room, each bedroom has its own television. An extra bed is provided from the sleeper sofa. And a half-bath is right off the kitchen. There’s a second king bedroom on this level with an ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in shower.
