**Important Information - Please Read**

- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (No exceptions)
- Incidentals Hold: $1,000. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival or entry will be denied.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mailing forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Handicap Use of Elevator: The elevator may be used by mobility impaired guests. Guests requiring the use of the elevator must request access prior to arrival.
- Max Occupancy: 16 guests
- Parking: 3 standard size vehicles (No overflow parking available)
- Amenity Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 5 rolls of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances and traditional drip coffee maker.
- Bike rentals are available for an extra fee from a third party vendor.
- Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and Check-out at 9:00 AM CDT.
- No golf carts are permitted in this neighborhood per the HOA.

First Floor:

King Suites: 2 king suites with en-suite bathrooms.
Game Room: Equipped with a foosball table, wet bar, and wine cooler (convertible to a private bedroom with a full-sized fold-out memory foam couch).
Laundry Room: New front load washer (and mini washer) and front load dryer.

Second Floor:
Master Suites: 2 king master suites with pillow-top mattresses and private bathrooms complete with soaking tubs and showers. One suite includes a private balcony with seating and lounging.
Bunk Room: Located in the main master suite, featuring 4 twin bunks, a door for privacy, its own television, and closet. The main master suite also includes a large walk-in closet with a small crib.
Ample Storage and Common Area

Third Floor:
Bunk Room: With 2 sets of bunks (2 twins and 2 full), full bathroom, and ample closets.
Gourmet Kitchen: Fully appointed with stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar.
Dining Room and Living Room: Featuring a large private balcony with a natural gas grill and gulf views.

Destiny by the Sea offers private beach access, a clubhouse with a heated pool and spa, and a 24-hour guarded gate. Enjoy the nearby local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment, including The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe's within walking distance.

Restrictions

No Golf Cart Rentals Per HOA.
No Pets Allowed.
No Monthly Rental Discounts.
Minimum Renter Age: 25 years - No exceptions.
No Smoking: In the home, on balconies, around the pool area, in walkways, or any common areas.
Parking: 3 standard size vehicles. No additional parking available.
No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms.
Personal Umbrellas, Chairs, Tents, and Canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrella and Chair sets must be rented through the onsite beach service for an additional fee.

Good Neighbor Policy

This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, parties, violations of HOA rules, or law enforcement involvement will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
