Trek west for a mid-afternoon cocktail and some live music at Camille’s Beach Bar.

Back home for the evening, Casa di Tramonto’s split-level floor plan delivers ample space for guests to spread out and relax, encompassing six bedrooms and two separate kitchen/living room/dining room spaces, all tastefully updated in 2025. Main floor comforts include a sectional sofa for a crowd, dining for 12, plus multiple seating areas for viewing the enormous 85” flat screen TV. In the roomy kitchen, the family chef can create side dishes galore on the six-burner Viking gas range while steaks sizzle on the front porch gas grill. Meanwhile, creative cocktails are pouring on the kitchen bar, chilled icy cold from the separate ice-maker.

The downstairs living quarters have a small kitchen complete with a full-sized fridge and oven, a dining table for four, a pull-out sofa, and a flat screen—the perfect kid-friendly retreat for late-night revelry and popcorn. The bunk room is across the hall from a double-vanity bath, and Mom and Dad can retreat to their own private bedroom at the end of the hall, complete with ensuite bathroom.

The main floor king bedroom has direct access to the main floor bathroom and is just off the kitchen, perfect for early risers who like to get up and get the coffee going. Upstairs, the expansive primary king bedroom opens out onto a large covered balcony with dual padded lounging chairs, perfect for taking in smells of salt air breezes and sounds of easy waves lapping along the sandy shores. The spacious ensuite bath features a large walk-in shower and luxurious jetted garden tub.

The two remaining upstairs bedrooms—one queen and one double queen—are served by a shared bathroom with tub/shower. All bedrooms are equipped with smart tv flat screens. **All bookings require a signed rental agreement, a copy of a government issued ID matching your credit card and the rental agreement, and a $500.00 security deposit hold (Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.)

** Beach Chairs, canopies, and Umbrellas ARE NOT INCLUDED. Rentals are available on-site through Sun, Sand, and Sea. No personal beach umbrellas or canopies allowed on the beach. Personal beach chairs are allowed.
