Sleeps up to 8 persons above 6 yrs old, per city permit. Outfitted with a children's playground, pack & play, high chair, toys, sleds, games, 2 adult bikes & gas BBQ. Home backs onto protected forest land where you can hike, cross-country ski, snowshoe or build snowmen. Full kitchen with dishes and appliances, dining room table sits 8 comfortably, family room with gas fireplace, and separate living room with HDTV. Regular and single-serve coffee machine (Keurig)

Beautiful house in an excellent location

The house has everything you need, it is beautiful and the Jacuzzi outside is wonderful to sit in (especially in the evening with the stars out). My son loved the playground and it is just minutes away by car from the wonderful beaches. Owners being awesome people is just an icing on this great cake!

Great Vacation Rental with Great Location, VERY clean and cozy!

We loved this rental home! It is very clean and very cozy. I appreciated the feeling that I was at home! There are plenty of supplies and towels especially! More that what we needed. This home accommodated family that joined us for dinner in a nearby cabin. There were children that played on the play yard and we needed the high chair too! The kitchen is very nice and fit our needs greatly! Thank you for having spices, plenty of plates and utensils for cooking and eating. Everything is labeled and clearly stated for all needs. There were chairs, bicycles, and endless amounts of things as needed for our trip. I would gladly stay here again! It was just wonderful!

Perfect for Families!

This property provided everything our family needed. We especially enjoyed the back patio which looks out onto forest not someone's backyard. We loved our morning coffee and evening wine and family dinners outside with the smell of pine trees. The kitchen was great to work in and organized well. The two living spaces accommodated everyone's need very well. The owner, Tom, was so gracious and flexible! We plan to return!

Great Stay

The house was great for me and my family. My kids loved the play structure in the back, and my wife and I enjoyed the great hot tub. I would definitely stay here again. My only issue was with the internet and Netflix. It kept freezing and and would not work well in the evenings.

Amazing 5 days in South Lake Tahoe! Allergy free!

This house was awesome for our family. There are two living rooms, which was perfect for us. We had 2 college age boys playing games and watching TV in one living room and my daughter, her hubby and their 10 month old baby in the other playing on the clean soft carpet. There was a crib, highchair, and jogging stroller and we used all of them. My husband and I also used the two bikes in the garage... for a short bike ride to keep up with our daughter jogging with the baby in the big stroller. Having those items provided sure made going up to Tahoe easier due to our limited traveling space. The house was so immaculately clean! I was so happy! It has been hard to find a place to go that doesn't have pets coming in and out... with animal dander lingering. Those who have allergies will know what I mean. This place is where I will stay when ever I go to Tahoe! I had no allergy problems! Also, the beds are comfortable, so we all slept well. The back yard amazing... it's SO peaceful! We sat in the hot tub and looked out at the forest. It's as if you are the only house in the woods back there. We also rented a large party boat and drove it out to Emerald Bay to spend the day swimming and had lunch on the boat. We also gambled over state line and ate at some great places. We also had several meals at the house. Everything we needed to cook our meals was there. It was amazing... best vacation so far this summer. We've been to Hawaii and Yosemite just prior to this trip. BOOK IT!

Summer 2019

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! Very kid friendly home.... my kids enjoyed the play set in the back as well as the hot tub. We were happy to have a high chair and a pack n play since we have a little one as well! Comfy beds too! We would definitely come back! Owners were easy to work with and friendly!

Great family home

We found this home to be perfect for our family stay in Lake Tahoe. The house has a good layout and necessary amenities. The boys specifically enjoyed the play structure and hot tub. The carpet inside the home was soft and fluffy for our crawling baby. The home was located just about 15 minutes from all of our destinations. I would definitely recommend this home and consider booking it again.

Great for families or couples

This home is perfect for families. There are lots of little details that make it easier with children. The garage was a huge bonus! My husband and I agreed that it would also be a good spot for couples renting for the week as there is ample space and the hot tub is perfect for apres-ski. The back bedroom has the most comfortable bed, the master is great with a huge soaking tub, although the bed was not super comfortable. The owner is very easy to work with. Overall this is a great rental!

Awesome place to stay!

We take great pride in this home and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We do not allow any smoking or pet in the home and ask that you respect our wishes.
