Imagine skiing, hiking, boating, relaxing and making memories with your family, friends and loved ones while staying in this beautifully renovated three bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Ideally located less than a ½ mile to Heavenly Ski Resort, 1 mile to the Casinos and 1 mile to the Lake and beaches. This home backs to National Forest land and has great sledding right in the backyard. After a day of enjoying all that Tahoe has to offer, relax on the back deck with a BBQ or soak in the hot tub while enjoying the serenity and beauty of Tahoe.

This home has all the features, including granite counters, stainless steel appliances, sunny deck with gas grill and New Hot Tub all linens provided and laundry. For your enjoyment there are 3 HD Flat Screen TV’s as well as stereo music in the living room. There is WIFI, DVD Blu-Ray, CD and surround sound. The home has been updated with all new furnishings and cookware.

Clean, spacious house, great location!

We spent Christmas here and we loved it. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are spacious, Erik was very responsive and accommodating to everything we needed. The house is minutes from Heavenly, Raley’s, Whole Foods, everything you might need!

Excelente house to stay in. It had all that you need for a vacay. Excelente for all ages they had a different activities to do for them. It was clean. Easy to check in and check out. Had a blast. Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home.

Nice home. Great central location.

This was a nice 3 bedroom 3 bath home with updated kitchen, bathrooms and floors. There is also a game room off the garage which has bunk beds with a foosball table, a bumper pool table and TV with X-Box and games. (The entrance is through the garage.) We enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck/patio. Overall we had a nice time there. It was also nice that we could bring our small dog.

Ending the ski season!

My friends and I enjoyed this weekend in Tahoe! The location of the house is amazing if you wanna go skiing! Its also near to the town and you have stores and restaurants close. The hot tub is amazing!! And the house have all the utilities you can imagine. Highly recommended!!!

Great Family Vacay

The house was beautiful. I believe pictures don’t do justice. A lot of space. Beautiful view of the hills. Short Miles away from heavenly, stores, casinos. The house came with pretty much everything you need to cook with. I do suggest bring spices, foil, ziplocks, plastic, etc for food storage. Everything was very clean. The room with the bunk beds is separate from the house so take that into consideration definitely meant for teenagers or adults in that area. Erik was very kind and very responsive with anything questions I had. Towels were included in the rooms but bring more kitchen towels or paper towels. Otherwise it was definitely a great family vacation! I am excited to come back hopefully in the summer if not next year for sure!

Awesome setting

Erik's house is right up against tahoe national forest. You can lounge in the hot tup and look straight up into the forest, or begin your hike from the backyard to many different trails. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware but if you want specific seasonings bring your own. Wifi works great. The 4th bedroom is attached to the garage and is secluded from the rest of the house.

Everything was amazing . Perfect location

Everything was amazing ! Love how everything is 5 min away or even less ! Thank you Erik for always answering everything , we woke up to 6 inch of snow it was so amazing and beautiful . Our entire family enjoyed the home , it was nice and warm when we walked in .

Enjoyable stay

House and Amenities were nice. We had a small issue and I contacted the owner who was on top of it right away and was great to deal with. Because of this I will definitely be staying there in the future.

Top notch amenities and location!

Stayed here for a long weekend get away to play the beautiful and challenging disc golf courses around the lake. The house had everything we needed needed and then some! Comfortable beds, hot showers, an amazing kitchen to cook bomb dinners and a sweet hot tub to end the day amongst the Tahoe trees. Couldn’t ask for more. Erik the host was super attentive checking in to make sure we were happy throughout our stay which is rare. This disc golf tournament is coined King of the Lake which is an annual tradition we all look forward too. Now we have a perfect house with a great location to look forward to as well! Great location. Large rooms. Lots of fans, great for summer. Great wildlife to watch.

The home accommodated 2 families, 8 total ppl very nicely. Ample space, great location in quiet cul de sac. Lots of cookware and awesome Weber Grill with lots of propane. The carpet, couches, and dining chairs were filthy and in need of deep cleaning. Overall, the property was great as was Lake Tahoe.

Our vacation

The description of this house as 4 bedroom is absolutely incorrect. This is a 3 bedroom house with 3 full baths and sleeps 6 NOT 10. The “fourth bedroom” is a humid and smelly room in the basement attached to garage that no one wanted to sleep in. So plan accordingly if you’re more than 6 people. Also make sure to take everything for kitchen as pots and pans are super old and have no lids. You also need all condiments as there was not even salt and pepper there. I rated this a 3 star because the house is good for 6 people but not very clean, carpet, couches and chairs need major cleaning. The location is good.

Great house, great location - wonderful family trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here -- the hot tub was a fabulous end of day relaxer. Erik was very responsive to any questions that we had. The game room is not a great option for young children, as the only access is outside through the garage. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from the Heavenly Ski Resort. Our family had a lovely post-Christmas vacation. I would definitely recommend this property!

Winter wonderland!

We rented during the Thanksgiving holiday and were so excited to have snow! The back yard worked great for our dog and for the kids to sled. The hot tub was a big hit as well. The great room was spacious and location was primo.

Our family enjoys everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. In the winter, we are only minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort where we ski and snow shoe, and Alpine Meadows, Kirkwood and Squaw Valley are just a short drive. Summers are filled with golfing, hiking, playing on the beach, biking or relaxing on the back deck in the hot tub. There are plenty of options for dining and entertainment including the Casinos and movie theaters, as the home is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe. We hope you enjoy our home and the beauty of Tahoe and all it has to offer, as much as we do!
