Our beautiful condo is located inside Pacifico development which is centrally located inside Playas del Coco. The development offers 24/7 gated security, and the best pools in town. The walkout balcony overlooks the Pacifico pool and snack bar located only steps away, this is a great space to have your breakfast and watch the parrots fly by. 

Bedroom arrangements include a King Bed in the Master suite with in-suite bathroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room for kids. 



the additional features for this condo is the central AC throughout Open style kitchen with bar seating, washer and dryer and lovely balcony.

This third floor unit has higher ceilings and no guests above you for quiet nights. There is a shuttle from the main gate to the beach club every day and the schedule is about every hour. The admission to beach club is free if visiting the restaurant but if you would like to use the pool at the beach club, there is a $50 fee per person, with $25 credit towards food and beverage.
