Enjoy this light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home newly renovated and remodeled. You will relax around the tropical paradise pool after beaching it at one of the two local beaches on Venice Island less than 10 mins away.
This beautiful home is 10 mins away from Historic Downtown Venice with multiple restaurants and shops.
The space
The home has been decorated with soothing muted coastal colors for a feeling of calm and relaxation. The remodeled master bath features a full length glass wall providing a a feeling of openness. If you have chef inclinations, the kitchen contains everything you need to ensure that your culinary inspirations are realized.

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is perfectly well appointed with everything you need from the kitchen to the beach! The owner was very easy to communicate with and so kind about everything! The house it beautiful, the pool is amazing, the neighborhood is quiet and the public beach is wonderful! We can not wait to stay here again!

Wonderful location.

The house was very nice, pool was beautiful and location was nice and close to alot of restaurants and beautiful beaches. There are beach chairs and toys for the kids in the garage. House is definitely worth the money.

Everything we needed and more!

What a great stay! My daughter and I loved this clean and roomy property. We were close to the beach (chairs, umbrella, shark tooth sifter included!), restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, had a beautiful clean pool, we grilled, played Floridaopoly, did laundry, and felt safe in this quiet neighborhood. Would book again!

South Venice

Very nice property! Clean and beautiful inside and out! We really enjoyed our time. Wish there was a tv in bedroom but we could live without it for a week. The pool is very nice and relaxing! Thanks for your hospitality. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent place to stay! Everything as advertised & more

The location is convenient and the neighborhood quiet. The property & floor plan are contemporary. Everything is very clean. The furnishings, kitchen & pool seemed new, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi and electronics are in good working order. The selection of appliances is more than expected, seemed new and worked well. The house has a good security system. Communication with the property owner was quick and easy.

Amazing stay!

Janice was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. She was very sweet, kind, accommodating and welcoming. She was very helpful and responsive and answered all my questions. She gave us a very late check out which I really appreciated! The house was amazing! Everything was very clean and stocked. The pool was very nice and my kids loved it! The house is only about 13 minutes away to our favorite shark tooth beach! There was a huge beach umbrella and enough chairs for the beach that we used everyday. The kids loved the beach toys and the surf boards. The location of the house is in a lovely neighborhood and very close to grocery stores, Starbucks, Walmart and even the Polish store! It’s in a GREAT location! The neighborhood is nice and quiet! We will definitely be back! Thank you Janice for being such an amazing host!

Wonderful & Relaxing

Pete and I can not say enough about our stay at Janice's home. Perfect for four people or just two. If you like to cook the kitchen is stocked from spices to pots, pans and baking sheets. Master bedroom is large with lots of closet space and a walk-n shower that was nice. We really appreciated the two beach chairs and shark tooth shovel in the garage. The pool area is great-plenty of seating love the lounge chairs that sit in the pool. We enjoyed evening grilling, drinking wine and enjoying the pool. Plenty of seating in the yard which is all fenced in and manicured. If you do not want to cook you are surrounded by places to eat and to shop. And of course don't forget the beach. This home will not disappoint you. We are already talking about our next stay here at "Janice's Place". Before I end I must say that Janice was the most responsive person that we have ever rented from. She answered right away, was respectful of our time there and asked for permission to stop by and add water to the pool. We messed up on the tv and she laughed it off and fixed the problem. We give this Vrbo home a 5+ star rating. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. P&J/Maine
