Red Cliff Condos #1B | 3 Bed, 2 Bath

Located approximately 4 miles south of town, the new Red Cliff apartment-style condos have many of the amenities, including a new outdoor pool and hot tub. The luxury lodging accommodations come at a very affordable price! This condo is located on the bottom floor where you can enjoy the dramatic Moab Rim view from your outdoor patio. Relax after a long day of fun and activity. Each condo is 1400 square feet including 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining and living area, and a large laundry room. Please note, there is no bike storage available at this property.

No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. Great place other than cleanliness

My family and I stayed here during Moab offseason. Condo was spacious, check-in was easy and ground floor made it easy to get luggage in and out. Beds we comfortable and plenty of room for our family of six.Only complaint was that we saw bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Nice condo

Condo was very clean and easy to find with lots of parking. My only suggestions would be hangers for bags and coats, more blankets, and get rid of the melamine dishware. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and I would definitely book there again.

Great Stay

The condo was great - clean and comfortable. It was very easy to find and in a convenient location. Our unit, 1B, was on the first floor, which was a tremendous help with so much luggage for our family of 6. Could use some sort of cleaner or Clorox wipes to wipe down counters and dining table, but overall, we loved it. Would definitely book again.

Not clean

We saw a mouse at this property, and there were mouse droppings in the pantry, on the oven/stove surface, and in one of the showers. When we saw the mouse, I called the property owner on a Friday night at 9:00PM, but there was no answer until 9:00AM the next morning. I also used the email and in-app messaging system, with no answer until morning. We had to throw away all of the food that had been in the pantry with the mouse. We chose to cancel our stay. Eventually, we were able to get a full refund, minus the cleaning fee, which was good. The location is good, and lots of space. The management was nice when we were eventually able to get through on a phone call. It just took a few days to resolve the issue, and wasn't super convenient to cancel our stay.

Great location

This property is close to several National Parks. It snowed more than we expected so we ended up spending more time at the property then we wanted to but lucky for us it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a good time playing games around the large kitchen table and cooking great meals in the kitchen. It was perfect.

Perfect accommodations for our family

Family of four stayed 2 nights and had tons of room in this clean, conveniently located condo. Thanks to Mike for answering the phone late in the evening and helping us with directions.

Pretty Good!

The location was awesome, and the inside was super clean and spacious! The check-in process was a little delayed, because I didn't receive any check-in instructions prior to our visit. Our check in time was 4:00, but I didn't get an email with check-in instructions until after I reached out asking about it. I got the email with instructions around 4:45. Besides that though, the place was great! Its in a prime location close to town and an easy drive to national parks nearby. If we came to Moab again, I would definitely look into this place again!

Sxs trip to Moab!

The overall condo was clean and fuctional. Beds were nice and comfortable, we all slept great. Couch was huge and made a great place to hangout and relax after a long day of riding. There was a hot tub…however there was no description of where it was located and it was a walk. There was no key left for us to use at the hottub/pool entry gate. Luckily there were people already there that had left the gate ajar. Coffee pot was so old and slow it took 45 minutes to make a pot and the temperature was never hotter than luke warm. The bathroom lighting was very dark so much so we had to remove the shower curtain and just use the clear liner so we could see. Would add more towels also. Keypad to get in and out is a pain in the butt. Getting it to lock is inconsistent and problematic

We liked the sleeping arrangements and ease of access to the bldg without a key. Also, with the unit being on the main floor it was convenient for my parents. The parking could use some more lighting options. We booked this unit because the price was good and it was advertised to have a heated pool and hottub. Upon arrival there was no pool key in the unit and after calling the property management company about the key the said they would bring one over. Well, we never received the key and we were not able to use the hot tub. The pool was already closed, which was not notified at the time of booking. The kitchen table is too big for the space it is in and causes problems with entering and exiting the kitchen. I would recommend a triangle or rectangle table. There weren't enough silverware for us to use between washings.

This property was a little out of the main part of Moab, but still close enough to everything if you needed anything. It was a nice place to come back to after long days outside.
