7A8 Close to Pool & Hot Tub, Great Views and Garage

The hot tub and pool are currently closed. The hot tub is expected to open over President's Day weekend/Feb 13th. The pool is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below.

BEDS: King bed in master, queen bed in bedroom 2, bunk beds (Twin & Full) in bedroom 3. Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Come and enjoy the comfortable accommodations after spending the day doing one or more of the many activities that has made Moab famous. This unit is located near the pool, tennis/basketball courts, and playground. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 8 and there are TV's in each bedroom. The double car garage will accommodate 2 cars or ATV's and the extra long driveway will handle a trailer. Additional parking is nearby for larger rigs.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master en suite bedroom has a king bed with a private balcony (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines), the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule:
Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025
Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend)
Open: Feb 14th ā€“ Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm
Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm
Open: Oct 2026 ā€“ Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm
*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th
Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Nice condo with pool and hot tub access

The condo was very spacious and it was a short walk to the pool and hot tub. The condo complex was a little bit away from the busy area of town and was nice and quiet at night. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to downtown Moab, pool was right behind the unit for easy access. Condo was clean and very beautifully decorated. Would definitely book it again!

It was very close to the pool and hot tub which was nice. However, the bathrooms lacked bath soap and there were no bath mats. Only one bathroom had shampoo. The TV was sadly in need of replacing. Poor quality and picture didn't always fit the screen. The beds were comfortable until you got in and out. They creaked and made noise, not conducive to sleeping. I have had better experiences in the past.

This was a great location with just the right amount of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. While it was clean, the carpets seem very old and give the impression of not being clean. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware and servewar; and has adequate pots and pans. None of them are high quality but I get that when itā€™s a rental and folks likely donā€™t take great care of others things. There is just 1 super large cutting board, so it makes cutting apples for example, kinda weird. But we had everything we needed. We did have bad wind one night and I donā€™t know what it is, but something on the roof rattles in the wind very loudly. My husband and I were both awoken. None of the kids noticed. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Property and Great Stay.

Great Property, clean and in good shape. The front door of the property doesn't face a street so was a little hard to find. But ended up finding it easy enough. Just need to allow for that if you are coming in after dark. Check in was very easy. Communication was top notch. Thanks for the great stay.

Listing and description was accurate. Very close to the pool. Property was clean and well-maintained. Did not expect the extras like paper towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags etc. I would recommend to friends and I would stay here again. Suggest you take Dan Mick jeep tours. Property served us well for our Moab and National Parks trip. Roomy and spacious. Living room couch and side chairs were pretty worn out and not comfortable to sit on. The living room television also had issues. The volume was either ear bleeding loud or so low couldnā€™t hear it at all. Luckily we didnā€™t spend a ton of time indoors anyway.

EXCELLENT property for a family of 6!

My husband and I, plus our four children (ages 12, 10, 6, 4) stayed in this property for two nights earlier this week on our road trip through Utah. It was absolutely perfect. Yes it is located on the outskirts of town, but honestly it still took less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, etc. It was very clean, decorated well, plenty of room, FULLY stocked kitchen, excellent decor, you name it. My kids loved the location - the pool, playground and basketball/tennis courts were literally right outside our front door. We normally accessed the unit through the garage which easily fit our suburban, and I even washed a couple loads of clothes before we moved onto our next location. I'm a very picky mom about where I stay, and I honestly thought this place was wonderful!!

The townhouse this time was fantastic, well stocked kitchen, lots of sitting areas, comfortable beds and great location to the pool. The driveway worked very well as we had a truck and trailer and parked our jeep inside the garage and they all fit. Nicole was an amazing host, helping us out with several things during our stay. We used both the heat and the a/c while we were there and both worked great. We liked the bunks in the 3rd bedroom. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

The weather was uncooperative, so we didn't spend as much time outside as initially planned, but the townhome offered more than enough room to gather and play games, chat, etc. They even had some puzzles already stocked and ready for such occasions. When the weather was cooperative, we were within pedaling distance of Flat Pass and Steel Bender, which made for some great biking. I will definitely look to stay with Makenna's Gold Rentals again and recommend their listings to others as well! While in the area, visit Moab Made for unique and fun souvenirs and Love Muffin Cafe for excellent breakfast burritos and lunch offerings!

Met our needs

We arrived late, and it was difficult to locate the unit, and its entrance. Then we were out each day, until late in the evening, so the only thing we really made use of was the beds and baths. Everyone commented that they slept well and the beds were really comfortable. The bath rooms were acceptable with a couple of minor problem. The light was burned out in one, and we had to swapped the bulb with one from a living room lamp. Also the handle on the commode upstairs hall bath was broken. Both of these things should have been caught by the cleaning crew. The bath towels were plentiful, but a little rough. As a suggestion, use a little fabric softener. If the need arose, we rent the unit again. In my opinion the unit rated a little more than three stars, but not quite four. The Guard Family
