BEDS: A king bed in the master, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3.
Beautifully furnished unit with your comfort in mind. Come and enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome. You will enjoy sleeping on the great mattresses after a day of hiking, biking, or off-roading. Televisions in every room and a fully equipped kitchen make it a home away from home. The community pool and hot tub are a great place to relax or if you're not tired enough, play some tennis or basketball located next to the pool. All bedrooms in this unit are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. There's a private balcony off the master suite. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) There are two additional rooms upstairs and one has a queen bed and the other room has two twin beds.
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, the height is 6 FT 9 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.
Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.
HOT TUB Hot Tub will re-open: Friday, Feb. 14th, 2026 Open: Feb 14th – Mar 27th - 1 PM - 9 PM Open: Mar 27th - June 7th - 10 AM - 9 PM CLOSED: June 7th – Sept/Labor Day Weekend (Scheduled repairs. Dates are tentative and not guaranteed) Open: Sept/Labor Day Weekend - Jan 3, 2027 - 1 PM - 9 PM *Hot tub is usually closed Jan 3rd - Feb 14th
POOL Opening Date: March 27th - weather permitting CLOSED: June 7th – June 17th (Closed for repairs) Open: June 17th – Sept/Labor Day Weekend (One or both pools will be open. Dates are tentative and not guaranteed) Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday, October 26th Pool Hours: 10 AM - 9 PM daily when open **Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Such a cute place! Very clean, quiet, close to town. Hot tub and pool were very nice! The unit had everything we needed and the hosts were very easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a pleasurable stay!

Great stay in Moab
This property was just what my family and I needed for our stay in Moab. The property is a few minutes south of town, but not terribly far out of the way.
