Idyllically placed near the 12th hole of the spectacular Moab Golf Course, these modern two-and three-bedroom southwestern style condominiums are tastefully furnished and accessorized. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool, golf, hiking, and biking are just outside your door. Enjoy stunning views of the golf course, red rocks, and the La Sal Mountains.

There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

Kayenta Springs has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ā€˜openā€™ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool.

We enjoyed bringing our furry friends on our stay. I guess since the property is pet friendly it isn't updated as much as it could be for guest enjoyment. Other family members rented another unit in the complex, which had newer flooring, furniture, & bedding. Also, the walls are very thin and all noises can be heard. Upstairs bathroom shower sounded like it was going to fall into living room while guests were showering. Caulking around the tub floor is failing. Overall the condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Some updates could make it a stellar rental property.

Stayed 6nights we come twices a year first time here...

Place was clean and nice. Dated but that not really an issue with our group. The ants everywhere were. We dealt with them and still had and good stay. We choose this for the hot tub and was disappointed as it was non usable with a sign that said don't use. I wouldn't have stayed here had i known. Overall. Still had a great time in moab, And i understand things happen. Thank guys...

Good enough

The pictures are exactly as the place looks. However there is very little natural light that comes through. Even with all the curtains open and all the lights on it still feels pretty dim in here. My only real complaint is the amount of dog poop in the back area. I think since we pay a pet fee that should be cleaned up and those that leave messes behind should be fined.

Beautiful townhome

A beautiful townhome on the south side of town. We had a great stay and the beds were perfect after a day of hiking and exploring. The well appointed kitchen had everyrhing we needed and we felt right at home.

The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group of 6. It's in a quiet community a few miles out of Moab which made it feel private and quaint. It was perfect for us!!

Interesting experience

Was excited to stay here based off of the photos and when walking in there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. We looked forward to doing a hot tub night and it was disgusting and filled with leaves. I was not impressed with this place and would not recommend.

Fall Moab trip.

This is cool little property close to Moab downtown. Hot tub was not working (had big sign "stay out") and that was kind of bad. Location and cleanings were good. I will come back to this place as long hot tub is fixed. Also, would be good to have electronic door with code so there is no need to use key.

The worst communication I have ever experienced

To start off, as soon as we got to the property it was infested with bugs, but so much worse than that was the communication was abysmally bad. It took 6-7 phone calls just for someone to answer regardless of what time of day it was. Needless to say I will not be staying at this property again.

Great Location

I didn't want to report this but you keep asking...We loved where it was but carpet and tile floor were dirty. I dropped some water on the tile floor and when I cleaned it up with paper towel, the paper towel was black. The carpet needed cleaning also as it was also dirty.

Unable to use living room TV

Overall stay was adequate. The living room sofa and chair are worn and soft; it was a bit difficult to get up from-- not appropriate for older or weaker people. The living room TV needs written instructions on how to use. I called and emailed the provided contacts that the tv wasn't working when we arrived on Sunday night, but didn't hear back from anyone until I called again on Monday at 11 am. Cody was very helpful and identified the problem that someone had ripped the cable cord out of the TV and left part of the cable attachment still in the TV. He mentioned that his supervisor had known that there was an issue with this unit's TV, but noone had gotten "around to it." We returned to a TV that we were able to get ROKU and Netflix, but no cable channels. I called again and requested written instructions on how to use the 3 remotes in the living room. We were out touring the area during the day, but came back with a note to just use the roku remote. I could get the roku/streaming options, but even if manually scrolling thru the inputs, I never was able to get the cable channels??? I don't know if I just don't know how roku works, but perhaps more specific instructions would be helpful. Outside sitting area would really benefit from some attention. There are several volunteer trees growing that should be removed before they get too large. Some tree trimming would allow you to see the stars while in the hot tub. Nevertheless. The outside area is very private due to the trees which is great! (Just trimming a bit would make a huge improvement) Everything else was fine. Living room furniture is a bit tired, but cost is less than some others in the area. So that is expected. The area is amazing! And Cody recommended Spitfire restaurant. We went 2 days in a row because the food was awesome! (Especially the pulled pork, campfire beans. Mac n cheese, Shrimp Po boy) Overall. If I knew the TV would work. I would bring a tree knippers and I would stay again.

Convenient and clean

This condo was convenient to recreational areas around Moab, clean, and easy to find. We didn't experience any problems with any of the features in the condo. It's in a quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to all the fun that Moab has to offer.

Great place to stay!

Great townhouse just south of downtown Moab. Very quiet area and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The place was very clean and we would definitely stay there again!

Overall an okay stay

This property overall had a good look to it. The price was overall good. However, maybe in the future, it would be wise to spend much more for a different place. We found that there were ants in the kitchen. I was afraid to leave any food that wasn't sealed out. In addition to that, the bedding seems to have not been washed. Overall this property seemed dirty which is more of a concern especially now with a pandemic. In addition to this, we found some droppings around the bathtub, not sure if they were mice or what they were. Like I said, in general, it wasn't the cleanest of spaces which is more worrisome due to the pandemic as well as just having a clean space to stay. The pool area looks better in person than in the pictures. And the check in process was seamless and easy.

Perfect and comfortable home for a day stay in Moab. We took advantage of the golf course being so close and had a great round. Also convenient to town. Definitely recommend this place to stay.
