Only 10 Minutes from MIA Airport, 25 minutes from South Beach, 20 minutes to lively Wynwood area and 20 minutes to Brickell City Center. The home has a private entrance with parking on premise for up to three cars.

Great family stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a nice home to go to after a day on the go. We loved the pool!!!!! We also appreciated the quick drive to the airport.

Wonderful stay and host

Wonderful home and host. Maria was a wonderful host, the internet went out and she came over personally with a new box, called a technician to come out and check it out. The neighbors were nice, the house location was convenient. Wonderful host and would stay again

CLEAN! GREAT HOST! LOCATION!

My husband and I had a great stay at Mariaā€™s home in Hialeah. We booked to stay for an event that we had at hard rock stadiumā€” very convenient location for this event. Easy to navigate getting to and from. The house was so clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Maria was very good about communicating with us and answering questions. We would stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Cutest House!!

My husband and our two children (ages 3 & 9) stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect for us! The host was excellent at communicating and even recommended a place nearby to eat called Maruchiā€™s that was great!! The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals and our kids loved the pool! Very safe and quiet neighborhood too. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area again! 10/10!

Great location for a pre-cruise stay

Selected this nice house to be near cruise port and miami airport. Stayed for a few days before our cruise. Very comfortable house. Recently remodeled. It had all we needed. Nice pool but february weather was too cool for us to use it but had great ambience for sitting around to enjoy the very private gardens. Has a full bathroom adjacent to the pool. Kitchen had all the necessities. Host was very good communicator to assure we had all we needed. We felt safe here.

Expected better

Inside the home, there are 1.5 bathrooms. The second full bathroom is outside by the pool. The steps leading to the kitchen are a death trap. We were eager to use the grill but it was unusable and dirty.

Excellent stay

The host was super responsive and accommodating. I was visiting Miami to have a mommy makeover surgery. Usually, she would not allow a surgery candidate to stay here, But she made an exception with me and I really appreciate . My host checked on me multiple times during my stay. Before my stay, I had asked for a television to be placed into the bedroom, and the host was very accommodating and put a beautiful Samsung television for my viewing pleasure. Overall, we stayed a total of 11 days. The house is very clean, the AC works wonderfully and is very nice and cold. The pool is amazing!!!! Wonderful place for family or a couplešŸ’™šŸ’™šŸ’™šŸ’™šŸ’™

The family and I enjoyed this home very much. Maria was such a pleasure to deal with. The check in process was very convenient and she made certain everything we needed was provided. The home was very clean and spacious; there is a beautiful pool in the backyard that we unfortunately didnā€™t get to enjoy because time was not in our favor, and the location of the home was a HUGE plus as it was 15 minutes away from the airport in a very quite neighborhood, and itā€™s near to shopping, food, and grocery stores. Maria recommended we try a Cuban restaurant named Maruchi located maybe 3-5 minutes away and I must say the food was delicious!! Thank your for that!! Overall, our family had a wonderful stay and would certainly reserve this home again!!

Great property, questionable host

Overall the property is beautiful. No complaints on the house itself rather than the host. Not once was it mentioned that there are 2 other people staying/living in the same vicinity to where we canā€™t properly park our cars. The owner also accused us of stealing her towels and demanded us to pay her for them when 90% of the towels were untouched not sure what that was about. Host is hard to reach. As long as you donā€™t touch her towels, donā€™t have over 2 cars, and donā€™t have any questions to ask the stay was near perfect.

Convenient location, private pool and backyard

The positives: great pool and private backyard, close to airport and never heard one plane. Quiet neighborhood at night, comfy beds. The cons: could use a deep cleaning, there were no garbage bags, hand soap, and ran out of toilet paper and paper towels after 2days and we were staying 6 days. We had to go to store to buy all basic stuff as response from host was minimal and didn't offer solution. If you have small children or elderly parents be aware there are stairs into the home, down to the kitchen, into backyard and there are no railings. Wifi is only available in parts of the house so if multiple people need to work it can be difficult and could only do video calls in same room as router.

Was okay

We came for a week stay 9/9-9/16 and the host let us check in early due to an early flight. Neighborhood was quiet and the backyard felt secluded, which was nice. Overall the house was clean and nice and cool. The WiFi wouldnā€™t connect to my phone, and we couldnā€™t find the washer and dryer that was there. Messaged the owner and she was helpful in telling us where it was. Washed some clothes and the washer didnā€™t spinā€¦ assumed it was maybe just too much so I removed some and nope, wouldnā€™t spin. We had ring out our clothes by hand then dry them. Had to buy garbage bags, and extra toilet paper. The pool was nice but tiles were missing in many spots at the bottom and it couldā€™ve used a cleaning. The stairs to the kitchen could definitely use a railing. Not safe for small kids or elderly. The grills were shoved in the back and werenā€™t clean, the tv outside by the pool didnā€™t have the right remotes to it, so couldnā€™t use it. The lights hung around the pool didnā€™t work either. The locks to the doors didnā€™t feel very secure. The night before we left we got a message from the owner who wrote: please respect the check out time at 11 and let me know what time you are leaving. Do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink. Thank you. No hope you enjoyed your stay, or thank you for choosing here and I hope you enjoyed enough to use us again. Just rude. Overall the house was a place to stay, it did the job. But definitely wouldnā€™t stay again.
