The review by the guest is highly unacceptable. Why hasn’t he called me for my repeat calls, other than his call on the check in time? What is the proof of the mold or spider? Irrespective of his irresponsible review, I gave my best rating and still I don’t have any problem to rent to them 1. First for every one, the custom-built bait house near the fishing area is quite rare in this area and it is for my personal use only and has always been locked with a separate entry code. Note the bait house is not listed in the VRBO advertisement and is not a part of the rental agreement. The husband was clearly told the bait house is for my personal use and is given the privilege to use with the condition to replenish anything picked up there. How could he comment on this and give poor rating? 2. The property was just cleaned by a professional cleaning company, popular in this area, just two days before the tenant checked in. I can provide the proof if required. 3. As told to the tenant, I am out of town until Saturday 18th. Although I tried several times, he hasn’t called me back other than the check in time. I am afraid how the property is checked out . I will check on the property on coming Monday or Tuesday and report here. 4. Because of my travel plan which was communicated clearly earlier before check in, I asked him to bring the forgotten garbage bag. Why did he complain? 5. He is strongly advised to check the reviews by others. Notably one of the guests is very much impressed by our property and is reserving third time in a row this year.
