Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an honor to stay at The Moorings for our first trip back to Sanibel post-Ian.#922 is perfect for couples. It is close to the larger pool and has easy beach access.The condo amenities accurately matched the condo description.The property was well-cleaned when we arrived. There were pieces of a few mixed nuts (cashews, peanuts, etc.) on the floor of the bedroom. Not a huge deal.The recliner chair had a loose left arm.The condo is carpeted immediately upon entry; an FYI for damp feet.We tried pickleball for the first time. The courts were welcoming to visitors and in great shape.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

I had a death in the Family at the time I had booked for. I called and the Mooring staff was understanding and moved my booking a month later. Another placed would have cancelled me and kept the deposit. I want to thank them for this understanding and favor. For this reason I will continue to go back to Sanibel Mooring. Again thank you for your accommodation.

3rd Visit

We have stayed at this property 3 times now and love the facilities and access to the beach. Pool area is wonderful for relaxing and cooling off. It is located close to all the places we like to eat and shop. This is definitely a great place to stay!

Bring coffee filters. Bring hand soap and sanitizer. If you are coming to shell pick up some nets and flashlights that are turtle friendly. Also get good beach shoes.

Sanibel mooring

Condo was great and clean. Property was great clean, pretty flowers everywhere, quiet. Beach crew was great also, umbrellas and chairs, and great cleaning up as thunder storms rolled in fast. Would stay there over and over again.

#922 was very comfortable! The bed and pillows were perfect! The tub did not drain very well when showering. The cabinet above the sink was broken or off its hinge. Both minor things. The starters in the kitchen and bath were helpful. Only recommendation I have is possibly some coffee filters for the coffee maker just because you can only buy a package of 100 or more. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
