Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the Moorings and so happy to see it up and running again. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Only suggestion would be to have a dresser in the master bedroom or somewhere to put clothes in while you are staying there.

Grounds are beautiful with so many plants. Easy to get around. So nice that they put FREE umbrellas out on beach. Pool was nice. Nearby have dock access for fishing and beautiful expansive and uncrowded section of beach on other side. Close to great restaurants. Staff were lovely. Only downside was not having washer dryer in unit (free access on property). Otherwise perfect!

The place was very nice and newly renovated. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for the week! Location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and the pool amenities were very nice also. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back some day!

The beach is a few minutes away on a paved path; the pool right around the corner; and you're isolated enough from the road and the parking lot that there is no traffic noise. The condo is nicely set up and equipped -- very comfortable for 3 or 4.

To bee or not to bee, that is the questionl

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always love staying at condo 811, however this year we had an infestation of bees in the screened porch, and I had to sweep hundreds of dead bees out of the porch every morning, with finally getting help at the end of the first of our 3 weeks. It was finally resolved by cutting out a part of the ceiling and cleaned out the bees and the honey that were all over the floor. What a mess. However, the rest of the 2 weeks were great. I hope that the ceiling is fixed for any new renters.

Perfect family getaway

Lovely 2 bed unit in Sanibel Moorings. Well appointed with friendly staff and nice amenities. Wonderful for a week-long beach getaway on Sanibel with young kids. Only minor nit is the pillows could use an upgrade; but other than that everything was perfect. Can recommend without hesitation.
