Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BAD. Ceiling coming down in shower; moldy Master shower; hole in Master BR wall; found 5 different bugs in bathroom; shower floor dirty; dishwasher soap dispenser wouldn't open so we just laid tablet on top of mug; 4 bulbs missing from DR light; screen door wouldn't shut; jaloused window wouldn't shut; Master BR dresser drawers just fall out; Master BR had light with no turn on/off switch; last tenant's bath accessory left in shower; stove bottom drawer bent so contents just fell behind it. No blankets. AC was so loud we couldn't use it at night. Wonder if they are still waiting for a part. We washed every glass/dish/cup before using them. Bill in office and maintenance staff get A+ points for their assistance. Overall, no a very good experience and if this was my first rental at the Moorings, it would be my last.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a awesome stay. Staff was friendly, helpful. Loved everything about it. Next year want to stay facing the ocean. We will be back and booking early. Next may can’t come fast enough. Thank you moorings for everything ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was beautiful and absolutely perfect. Clean, easy access to everything you need! Staff in the office were kind and helpful (especially since the Easter Bunny wasn't completely ready- oops!). The overall setting was paradise. We will definitely be back to Sanibel Moorings. The only complaint that I have with the unit is the ceiling above the shower in the first bathroom looked as though it was going fall down. A poor patch job with a combo of what looked like mold kept us from using that bathroom our entire stay. the towel rod looked like it was about to come out of the wall as well. The location of the unit was perfect. I was worried that it would be hard to sleep since it is right by the pool but that wasn't the case.

Beach bum

I loved the location! First time to Sanibel Island, beautiful here! I’m a little picky due to Covid-19 so I didn’t think place was up to my own cleanliness but clean enough for rest of family. It did say beach toys were there but I guess it depends on the condo you get, so make sure you bring your own if you like building sand castles. Weather was great and chairs and umbrellas were put out right at 9-9:30. Even though it says don’t save chairs people do so get to beach early and get umbrella. I would stay again and check out other condos! Wish the washer and dryer was in the unit.

Unit is older, but well kept. Property is well managed and maintained. We would certainly stay again.
