The unit is beautiful with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is very clean and modern throughout the is located on a waterfront dock.The view is beautiful and very relaxing. The staff is excellent. They are always available and willing to help with anything that is needed.Thank you for a beautiful condo and an enjoyable vacation.

nice place but needs fixing up

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: have stayed at sanibel moorings many times in the past, but this time the condo did not meet our expectations. the floor in the kitchen was horribly warped from previous water damage. there was mold on the bathroom walls and in the shower.

Great location

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Moorings resort. The property and location were very nice. Cons: The amenities were not well cared for. We paid for 2 paddleboards for four hours and were advised to find them by the beach. When we got there we realized the boards were locked up. We tried the keys that were in the bags given to us at the office but neither key fit the locks. I tried to call the office as it was about 2pm and the voicemail said it was " after hours". I was able to text the staff and they sent a worker out who eventually ended up cutting the locks. We then carried our boards to the beach and there was no fin in the bags for one of the the boards. I text the office again and a person brought out the fin for us. This took about an hour out of our rental time to resolve but there didn't seem to be any offer to extend our time or give any refund. Nice place but they need better staffing.

Great stay

We arrived to a clean space that was just like the pictures showed. Accomodations were great. Would recommend and come back. Quick walk to beach. Always chairs and umbrellas.
