I have created a fun and cozy feel private space that is perfect for all ages in this Hacienda size home. Spectacular views allows the vacation to begin. From the high-end stone, granite and iron decor, to the vast outdoor space, you will enjoy every minute of your stay. You will find a state of the art chef`s kitchen and a master retreat fit for royalty. 2 fireplaces, full laundry room, 2 large decks and a relaxing brand new hot tub. Indulge yourself with luxury living.

The property is almost 3 acres and is adjacent to a ranch with 2 lovely beautiful horses, Cagney and Lacey. They love carrots and granola if you would like to say hi and give them a snack (carrots or granola). Play a round of golf on our prestigious course, Kings Deer. Take a walk to the community playground or take a bike ride through the miles of trails in Fox Run Park. Explore all the Monument breweries and distilleries. There is no shortage of awesome here.

The hot tub will be cleaned and chemically balanced before your arrival. It is raised and has a secure cover and locking gate. To use the hot tub you must be 18 years of age or older and a waiver must be signed. The hot tub and deck is a common area. Users assume all risks at all times.

The playset in the backyard has a slide, rock-wall, rope-wall, 3 swings and a ladder. There is also a trampoline that is open. To use the playground area there must be direct supervision of children by the parent or guardian. All outdoor areas are common use. The user assumes all risks at all times.

The exterior of the home is common for guests of the lower and upper units. The hot tub seats 6 to 8 guests and the decks are very large with 2 large grills ample seating, a bar and and 2 ice chests. Making friends and enjoying life is very common at Casa Claudio

There is self check-in with keypad through a private entrance. There is an information book when you enter the home but I am available to give you a walk through by phone. Your privacy and security is of the highest importance.
