Enjoy this beautiful house with a family atmosphere that accommodates up to 11 people in 5 bedrooms and just 100 meters from the beach, where the sound of the sea and the sea breeze will welcome you. We are located on the second line of the most beautiful beach in the Yucatan Riviera! The sea is a combination of the turquoise colors of the Caribbean and the emerald green of the Gulf of Mexico and you can enjoy it walking very few steps.

Villa Silvia is a spacious house with a cozy and spacious design, it is 1 single floor with 5 bedrooms on the second line of the beach. We are located in Chicxulub, 10 minutes from Puerto Progreso and 30 minutes from the City of Merida. The house has been family owned for many years and is fully equipped, has parking for up to 6 cars, covered terraces and private pool. We recommend renting a car to enjoy restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the port of Chicxulub or Puerto Progreso.
Our beach house, full of warmth and life, is where families find their refuge in the sun and create memories that will last for generations.

In the house you will be warmly welcomed by our beloved pet CANICA who has all his life with us and is extremely friendly.

Only people who were registered in the reservation can stay and stay in the property, please send us an identification of the reservation holder and the names of all their companions.

Events or parties are quoted and authorized separately. We have more than 1000mts2 of white sand on one side of the house where you can make an unforgettable event.

The location is Carretera Chicxulub Kilometro 13. At the entrance of the road there are 3 signs (sun and moon) (flamingos) (fam ceballos orozco). On the road there are convenience stores, gas station, beverage services, basic restaurants. 5 minutes away is the Port of Chicxulub with shops and wider services and 10 minutes away is Puerto Progreso with its large boardwalk, nightlife, large supermarkets and all the necessary services for a very happy stay.

We highly recommend renting a car. You can order local taxis in Chicxulub, Uber service is very slow

We provide basic amenities that you may need during your stay. We have prepared a welcome and personal hygiene kit:

Bath towels and beach towels 1 for each person registered in the reservation

If any of the amenities run out during your stay, you can replace them at the nearest convenience store.
This is a new property. We strive to provide our space always impeccable and with excellent maintenance. The weather in this area causes various inconveniences, so we ask you to contact us either by platform, phone, or mail.
