You will love our open-floor living plan for vacations because it helps keep you and your guests connected no matter where you are. Our living room has seating around our large screen TV with cable. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar, which is roomy enough for the whole group plus the kids. Our master bedroom suite has its own beachfront view and bathroom with shower. The parents or guests of honor in your travel group will love the luxury and privacy of having their own space with a private bathroom and waterfront view. Our guest room has two full beds so you can have room for a small family or the kids in your group. With a group this size - you will love making use of our well equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. We truly hope you'll be comfortable here and make yourself at home. RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
