-Keep balcony railings free from clothes and linens.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only 2 small (25 lb max), non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.

It was very clean. Plenty of trash bags, dish soap and coffee filters. There was plenty of room.

Overall was a good place. Wasn’t beach front like advertised and the place was a little dirty. Would stay here again if got the same price.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach and both pools were great. Entire place was clean. Limited amenities (e.g. no beach towels, detergent for washer/ dryer, some limited pots and pans, etc) but overall quite highly recommend.

My friends and I had a really nice stay! The beach was within walking distance and the two pools were a great plus.

Condo met our needs. Close to beach, pools, and pet friendly. Lots of grassy areas right at bottom of stairs with pet disposal and bags.

Great Condo and Great Location

My family and I had a great time at Bahia Mar. We have stayed at Bahia Mar several times now. The host maintained this Condo in great condition. It is very well kept. Other than some minor updating in the bathrooms this is a great condo to stay in. The A/C works like a champ. Enjoy your stay. We will definitely return.

Cockroaches

The layout of this place was nice however we killed at least 7 cockroaches and was not very clean

For the price, we enjoyed our stay here. Loved that there was plenty of space and bedrooms for our whole family. 2 issues, first, there was a bloody towel left behind in our bathroom. We called the first day, they took a report, but it was never removed the entire trip (I did use another towel to move it outside so they could get it, but it sat there all week). Two (minor), we only used like 3 dishes, which included two pots. They had not been cleaned well by the last renters, so I had to scrub food and red sauce off (quite a bit). Not the owners fault, just felt gross to eat out of. An FYI for the next renter: the welcome packet says they get you started with basic toiletries (tp, paper towels, shampoo, etc), but one or two of each isn’t enough to get us through 5 days, so we did have to go shopping for basic items. In all fairness, on day 4 we found a different paper tucked away behind a bowl in the kitchen that stated we could pick up more items at the management place, but by that time we had already bought more stuff. Overall, the complex as a whole is wonderful. Great pools, great location, great beach access, easy to access the property. You have views of the bay side and o my about a 5 minute walk through the property to the beach. We loved the decor the owner has used to make it feel beachy. It felt very clean when we walked in. I would stay here again.

It's great the pools, bay views, and quick beach access made it a memorable trip, and that the property felt clean upon arrival. I want to sincerely apologize for the hiccups you encountered, particularly the towel. It is unacceptable that it was left behind, and I am disappointed our team failed to retrieve it after you took the time to report it. I am following up with our staff to address this communication breakdown immediately. I am also sorry about the dirty pots you found; we will ensure our team is much more thorough in our pre-arrival inspections going forward. Regarding toiletries, our setup is intended as a "starter pack." However, I understand your frustration in finding the informational paper about management office restocks so late in your trip. We will update our welcome packet to make this information more visible so future guests don't make unnecessary store runs! We truly appreciate your understanding and helpful feedback. We are so glad you had a wonderful time overall, and we would love the opportunity to host you again for a flawless experience next time!

Family Time

Our kids came to visit from MN and we rented this condo for the weekend. The set up was perfect for all of us. The weather did not cooperate so we spent more time than planned in the unit and everyone had a bedroom and bathroom. The table was big enough for meals and playing games. The oven door handle was broken and maintenance came to fix it within a reasonable amount of time. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Things you might want to keep in mind: this is a 3rd floor condo with no elevator and there’s no one to help you with your luggage, groceries, etc.; there are no supplies and you can only pick up a few basics at the check-in center during certain hours; the oven door only opens partially because it hits the cabinets under the sink; the overhead lighting in the bedrooms does not work and there are limited places to plug in the one bedside lamp; windows do not open in this condo, there’s no fresh air exchange; they leave an envelope for tips for maid services, yet you do not get this service - you must be fully self-sufficient.

Great Vacation Condo

We loved our stay! This was our first time in a condo for vacation and not in a regular hotel. Having a whole kitchen with everything you need to cook and separate bedrooms is amazing. Everything was clean. The beds were so comfortable. The beach was right there and had a little shower to rinse off. The owner was responsive and nice. We will definitely will go back if we get the chance.
