We’re committed to ensuring a clean and safe environment for all our guests. Pool Cleaning Schedule: We understand the frustration of not being able to enjoy the pool on your last morning. We’ve communicated with our team to adjust the pool cleaning schedule to avoid disruptions for future guests. Outdoor Maintenance: We’re sorry to hear about the condition of the yard, garbage, and landscaping. We’ve instructed our cleaning and maintenance teams to give these areas the attention they need, including pest control for mosquitos, regular garbage removal, and thorough yard cleanup. Screened Porch: We’ve also informed our cleaning team to ensure that the screened-in porch is properly cleaned and maintained.
