Thanks for taking time to leave a review and share your experience Betsy. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us overall! I'm sorry for the few minor issues you encountered. As you mentioned, we are always available to resolve anything guests may encounter during their stay. The hot tub receives regular professional service which sometimes includes a drain/refill or other maintenance. I'm sorry your use of it was impacted. I also apologize if there was miscommunication about the nest thermostat. It is NOT controlled by the owners and guests have full use of it to set the temps to what they prefer. Upon inspection, we just deleted the schedule that a prior guest had added, and so it was resolved for the rest of your stay and will not impact future guests :) We also promptly addressed the garage door so it's functioning well and I'm sorry our amazon pkg arrived early and was delivered during your stay. Thanks again Betsy for providing your feedback. We appreciate hearing about our guest's experience so we can make improvements :) We want every guest to have a 5 star experience when staying with us!
