We started coming to Myrtle Beach in 2012 and fell in love with the clean wide beaches and southern hospitality. We made the decision to buy our unit in Kingston Plantation and it was a great decision for our family. With the park like setting, stunning trees, lakes and trails, you get the feel of the county yet are only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and the beauty of the ocean.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with pull out sofa in the living room is your home away from home. It's on the 2nd floor and has been newly renovated in October 2023. New bedroom, living room and dining room furniture as well as new LVP flooring throughout. Freshly painted bedrooms and 3 brand new smart tv’s. The primary bedroom has 1 king bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi 400 Mbps and free linens are included.

Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the deck overlooking the beautiful lake. Our unit is bright and sunny as it is an end unit. The cathedral ceilings give it an open and airy feel. It is on the 2 nd floor. There are 3 ceiling fans to keep you cool, in addition to central A/C and heat. We are a 5 minute drive to the super Walmart for your groceries and household staples, as well as 5 minutes to over 30 restaurants, 5 mini golf courses and there is a golf course right across the street. Take a 10 minute drive and you can enjoy Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and at least 7 more golf courses. There are several music venues as well including: The Carolina Opry Theater, House of Blues, Crocodile Rocks Dueling Pianos, and Legends in Concert to name a few. The Myrtle Beach Aquarium is less than 15 minutes away, as well as several amusement parks for the kids.
