We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The hosts were incredibly kind with great communication before booking, before arrival, during our stay, and after. The screened‑in porch was everyone’s favorite spot — plenty of seating, a patio table, and a mini‑fridge. The dual entrance from the porch into either the main door or the laundry room was perfect when coming back sandy or wet.Inside, the living room was cozy with a couch, loveseat, and TV. The dining table fit all five of us comfortably. The kitchen held everything we needed, including a coffee maker, K‑Cup machine (a nice surprise), toaster, blender, stove, dishwasher, etc.The bedrooms worked great for our group: a very soft queen bed with a half bath, a twin room across from the full bath, and a firmer king bed with access to the laundry room and porch. The shed was accessible from the dining room and held a stroller, kids’ beach toys, umbrellas, folding camp chairs, two low‑ride beach chairs(older), a beach mat, and bicycles. The golf cart needed charging a bit more often than expected, but it still got us to the beach and pool and back. The only note for sensitive noses is a musty smell (cat maybe?) when entering the main door and a mothball smell in the shed. Floors were very clean, so it wasn’t from lack of cleanliness. Overall, the home had everything we needed — tons of linens, extra comforters (great during a cold, rainy spell), and plenty of beach and hand towels. Highly recommend.
