A breaker was likely tripped prior to your stay, which turned off the water heater. As this was not reported during your stay, we were unable to address it at the time, but it has since been checked and is working properly -The homeowner understands your concerns about the signage and how it may have felt unwelcoming. The signs are intended to help prevent accidental damage, and this feedback is being reviewed -A trash receptacle is available in the garage, and the cleaning team handles removal after checkout -The homeowner communicated prior to and during your stay and strives to be responsive.
