Great location to shopping and restaurants. Fantastic home with hot tub and pool. Great accommodations for a weeks stay. Kitchen stocked for making meals while ataying. House beautifully decorated and with extras to make stay that much better. Highly recommend.

Ron, our caretaker was very kind and helpful. We used the hot tub most nights and the heated pool was a favorite. We did not want for anything upon arrival which made our first 24 hours more relaxing. This villa is very close to essential shops. There’s a lot to see and do in Sarasota

Wonderful Stay at Coastal Cottage

Our first time visiting the Sarasota/Siesta Key area, and Coastal Cottage helped make our stay very memorable! Ken and Donna have a great property, including an incredible pool area. We appreciated the detailed notes on places to visit and eat while we were there. The house was very clean and comfortable!

The costal cottage provide us a convenient location for the USRowing Youth Nationals but also put us close enough to the beach. We’d definitely recommend the cottage and stay again.

Perfection!

The property met the description provided. Its amenities are the best of any rental we have every had. The cottage was felt like home and had everything we needed. The location was great also. We plan to stay here, if we come back to the area!

The house was perfect for our family vacation.

The property was new, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent, being a short drive from the beach and downtown Sarasota. Many restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We especially enjoyed Walt’s Fish Market and Restaurant for dinner. Ken was a great host, readily available and very helpful. Overall, this is a great property.

Spring Break and 14th BD Week

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Met Ron (maintenance), really great guy and sweet as can be. Met all the other renters, very friendly. Accommodations and everything that was available to use was exceptional. Location is close to everything, not a far drive, close to Bee Ridge Road and Tamiami. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

Siesta Key

We have been using VRBO since 2004 and this was by far the most appointed house we have stayed in. They even have the same beach equipment as we do at home! The welcome was unexpected and delightful!

our own little oasis

It was great to have the separation of three houses but to still be close together. All three houses were amazingly stocked and beautifully decorated. The salt water pool was the best feature! You would never need to leave the property but if you do, you are close to everything. Ken and Donna couldn't be nicer.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed and had a great stay at 2051 Roselawn. Very nice location furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully furnished. and equipped The property and the pool were very clean. Excellent!

Ken and Donna’s place was excellent! We had a great stay and the pictures don’t do the place justice! We always appreciate the little things like a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler, soaps, detergents and paper products available and a beautiful pool! We will be back. The area is great too - walked to grocery, nail salon, shopping mall. Thanks so much!

Great vacation ! Property was nicely renovated and well stocked with everything you need and great pool! Beach chairs, Lots of Beach towels. nice washer dryer and great kitchen. Lanai needed some cleaning but Property Manager was very quick to rectify the situation. You will need to drive to the beach but if you want to try out different beaches you’re going to be doing that anyway and location was close to grocery shopping and to get to downtown Sarasota . Highly recommend!

Beautiful, well-stocked, relaxing, close to everything!

Ken and Donna provided for just about everything. Plenty of plush bathroom towels, a super comfy king master bed, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, a lovely screened porch with dining table, a gas grill, and a kitchen stocked with every possible appliance or tool. We literally just bought our own food. Trader Joe's grocery and Walgreens within walking distance. A major road just a block away with restaurants and shopping, but so quiet on our street!! Close to Siesta Key and Lido beaches. The decor was "beachy" and so pretty! We will definitely look to stay here again when we return! Dealing with the owners was easy and they were available to answer questions as needed.

Comfort & Location

Thank you to Donna & Ken! We totally enjoyed our stay. It’s obvious that a lot of care and thoughtfulness went into this home. The beach theme decor in peach and aqua is lovely with nice touches of greenery & shells here and there. The kitchen is completely outfitted...nothing was missing & we did a lot of cooking. The beds are comfortable & there are plenty of linens...towels & sheets etc. There is both a screened in lanai & a patio at the back of the home with a bar-b-que & comfortable lounge chairs. With the central location we were at Siesta beach in 15 mins and the Ed Smith baseball park in another 15 mins (use Tuttle Ave). St Armand’s Circle & Long Boat Key are an easy drive over the Causeway...very picturesque! Donna & Ken we’re always available to answer questions but we’re unobtrusive at the same time. The best kind of hosts! We loved our Sarasota stay & strongly recommend this lovely property. Christine & Frank

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. It was beautiful. So many things were provided for the stay , such as laundry det, beach towels , beach accessories , and much more. It was so nice to not worry about packing all that beach stuff. Pool was very nice. Very nice neighborhood. We had no issues whatsoever with this property. We will be staying again!!
