If you would like to bring a pet, just please note that it is an extra fee. It is a 33% refundable charge, $30 per pet per night ($10 refundable deposit and $20 fee). This is a separate charge from the reservation that you will need to ask for after you reserve

Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; so please arrange to order groceries from Chedraui’s website before you arrive so that you will have everything you need when you check in.

Guest access
Entire space, house, pool are included and Private. There is also a washer dryer (in unit), and of course the swimming pool, BBQ and terrace. Please make yourself at home.

Please remember that you are staying at my home, and not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. ♥♥
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, however, there is no one living on-site 24/7.
Keep in mind this is one of the first houses built in Playacar in the 80’s. With that, it is not a new sleek modern space. It has charm and character. Older houses like this tend to need regular work and touch ups. There are pool cleaners and gardeners that come daily to keep the property up during your stay. Typically the will come in the morning so you can enjoy the pool during the day.
The house is close to 40 years old. She needs alot of constant maintenance and is not perfect. The bathrooms and kitchen haven’t been updated and we like it’s old rustic charm, but if you want a well oiled hands off machine, then you should look at some of our newer homes just north. Also keep in mind that this is a massive house with massive spaces for parties of up to 29 people. So if you are a family of 4-6 you may feel it’s quite big and won’t feel homey right off the bat 🙂 We do our best and whatever it takes to help you have your best stay with us , so just keep us posted if you need help or think something needs fixed. Tell us right away.
Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; A quick trip to Walmart or Chedraui is easy to stock up on supplies. 7 min cab ride.

*All properties require a security deposit payment after the reservation ($1500usd). This can be made by a full refundable payment of the deposit, or by paying for a nonrefundable insurance policy. ($59usd) This transaction takes place after a reservation has been confirmed and paid and will be separate from the reservation payment. VRBO insurance is travel insurance incase you need to cancel, it does not cover the security depoist

*Cancelation Policy for Mayan Breeze is 100% refund 12months , 75% refund 9-12mo, 50% refund 6-9mo and 25% refund 3-6mo. under 3 months there is no refund. This policy is based on the fact that Mayan Breeze hosts large groups and these groups tend to plan far ahead and most of our reservations are made 6-12 months in advance.
