Our beach bungalow is the perfect vacation home for a family with children and offers competitive monthly rates for those snowbirds wishing to migrate to a warmer climate during the winter.

Enjoy the sunshine and cool ocean breezes in the huge private patio. The outdoor dining area is surrounded by colorful potted garden and offers a raised deck, umbrella, table, chairs and grill. The Juliette style balcony at the entry is the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine.

The home is a charming, UPSCALE, professionally remodeled 1,100 s.f. condominium home. It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath flat on the second story of a two story quadraplex located on the west, or ocean, side of Pacific Coast Highway in San Clemente.

The private home sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom offers a California King bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a twin daybed with a trundle. The Master bedroom has a 3 piece en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bathroom is also a 3 piece with combination tub / shower – both are completely remodeled.

The newly remodeled kitchen is light and bright and offers new white cabinets, granite countertops, and new black mirrored appliances. From the egg timer to the lobster pot this kitchen is outfitted with everything you’ll need!

There is a gas fireplace and wall mounted, flat screen TV in the family room, and high speed wireless internet. The dining area seats 4 to 6 comfortably. There isn’t central air conditioning but there is a wall a/c unit in the family room with ceiling fans throughout to keep you quite comfortable during your stay. This vacation home also offers a shared, full size washer & dryer.
